Dunkin' — Restaurant in Longwood

About 2-3 times a week I stop at this location on my way to work. There is a 50/50 chance of it being a good experience, unfortunately it usually isn't. I have seen up to 4 people working and at times just 2, including whom I'm assuming is the manager. When they are low on staff - they lock the doors. But with the new seating arrangement - it is obvious that they don't want many people to dine-in, no more than 3 separate groups of people. The drive thru line comes in from two directions, so good luck on keeping up with who came in what order and people being courteous and fair. The greeting at the drive thru is horrible, "go ahead with your order", that's if you do hear what is said. I drink decaf, whether hot or iced, that's also a hit or miss. I would hope they understand that people order decaf for a reason - it can be just a preference but for other people it can be for medical reasons and even mental health reasons. I have seen Splenda used when I've asked for Equal. I have had so much ice, that I can't get the straw in until it melts a bit. This location is prime, so I don't know if they are understaffed due to how much they pay the employees or what. I have never worked in the food service industry, but if a customer is angry due to poor service and the employee has no control over the staff shortage - yes, the employee will have an "attitude", yes - you get what you give, the customer is not always right. This location is extremely trashy and disappointing. I’ve been going here for the past few months and the only thing consistent is the lack of menu items they’re always out of. Dunkin is part of my weekly routine and every time I go an order they will be out of several menu items. Whoever is handling inventory needs to do better. The manager here is also incredibly rude. On several occasions she has made me uncomfortable with her passive aggressive comments, but this morning really tipped off any suspicions I had of her. I order the same thing each morning I go, however now the manager tells me I’m no longer able to get a large ice water and if I wanted water I had to pay the price of an iced coffee, $3.15. Since when was water not free??? With inflation I understand compensating for inventory but at that point that’s more expensive than a bottle of water there. I asked for a complimentary cup of water whatever size that was, and she then told me that would be $1.25 at the window. The water was already made and it truly seemed like she just wanted to give me a hard time seeing that she has a history of making rude and uncalled for comments, so when her coworker handed her the water she said “oh she doesn’t want it anymore. 🙄” to which he responded “so why did she ask for it in the first place”. This location needs better management, she’s unfit and clearly does not have the customer service nor skill set to...

Slow, I've never seen someone count to 12 so slowly. Thankfully someone saw and pulled him off the register and it moved a little quicker. Unfortunately it's the only one between home and the office. An update, this morning (4/30/21) they had a staff of two! Incredibly slow, especially when there was only one actually working, the other young lady hiding in the corner playing with her phone! What is it with this location? I ordered online, took about 15 minutes to get there, and still had to wait an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes for the rest of my order, 2 iced coffees and a box of munchkins

Just went back this morning (12/16/22) and it's worse! Not a single donut on the shelves (this was before 10am), no cappachino because they can't foam milk, and then I was "Karened" by the manager for asking for my order! She started yelling and swearing at me when all I wanted was what I ordered! Calling me names, racist, and "bro". All just for asking where is my iced coffee. I've been a lifelong Dunkin customer, but I'll never set foot in that location until ownership does something about the staff, especially the manager!

Update from 12/7/23 went there for my typical iced coffee and a couple of donuts, got a jelly and a coconut. I swear they've gotten even worse! Look at the them in the pics I'll post. A half passed coconut donut and what would you call a jelly donut with little to no...
