I know Marco's is already popular in many areas; but I just tried it for the first time recently, and had a very good experience. The pizza was hot and tasty on arrival, as was the fresh cheesybread and the cinnasquares. The menu is quite substantial along with the many pizza options; including the likes of Calzone, Pizzoli and wings, of course. The prices were reasonable; and there were numerous deals and coupons available, making it easy to try different things (and I still have much more to try next time). The location staff and the driver were all pleasant and professional. My only issue really had nothing to do with this location.The online ordering system seems to have a mind of its own and wouldn't let me reach checkout for about 20 minutes. At first I thought I must have been doing something wrong; but the rep I spoke with sincerely apologized, and said that corporate is aware and working on it. He also offered to take my order over the phone, so if you have any issues, you may just want to call. The big surprise of the meal was the double chocolate brownie dessert. Omg! I mention it because desserts are often kind of an after thought at some chains but; other than those my Mama used to make, these were some of the best I've had. When they first moved in, they'd advertise with coupon codes that didn't actually work. Over time, their (at least mobile) website and Android app have gotten progressively worse, recently graduatiing from "nearly impossible to place an order from" to.... literally impossible. That's not an exaggeration, and judging from the app's 1.6 star rating, with 1 star being the minimum rating possible, I can confidently say it's not just me. This problem now being years in the making, it's hard not to hold it against them. Considering they now have over 1,000 stores, I can't help but wonder how much business they're losing over something so crucial & relatively basic, and why they've gone this long without just throwing a bunch of money at finally remedying the problem. After my son being in a car accident I was mentally drained and didnt want to cook so decided to order online and I kept checking the status with the online order tracker and refreshing and it just kept showing my order pick up time for when I placed it. After 17 minutes refreshing over and over I decided to call the store, after 5 minutes on hold I was told my order was ready mind you the tracker never changed. They were pretty busy but nice. I get home and realize they forgot my salad so I call the store and was placed on hold and after 3 minutes I drove in the pouring rain to get my salad and 0 apologizes nor offering to bring it to my vehicle in the rain. I go inside and offered nothing other than a sorry as I have to go home to cold pizza and more time spent away from my family. I didnt bothering calling for the buffalo wings I ordered as the sauce was yellow with 0 spice a tad hint of butter and buffalo which was odd as they are usually good flavor with a red sauce.
