First time placing an order on the app which they said would be ready by 9:45 p.m. My husband arrived to the location only for the associate to then state that they went ahead and canceled the entire order which was for two subs one of which was a meatball sub. And because the associate says with almost 2 hours prior to closing you don't have any meatballs left you canceled the entire order and by the time my spouse gets there you have nothing ready for them. There wasn't even an attempt made to substitute the sub upon arrival. Shity service by someone ready to go home with almost 2 hours left on their shift. Stating that a phone call was placed once. Nowhere on the order that they say that it would be protocol that they would be called you never know what the situation may be why someone doesn't want to answer a number that they don't know that only called once while they were driving which could be dangerous. No voicemail left by the way, and again once the customer has been told that the order is all set and ready to go and be ready by 9:45, they're just going to head there and get their food. Firehouse subs would never have been this unprofessional. I'm going to delete this account that we created and now you have lost future business because you don't handle business well. I'm sure there are far more people in a McDonald's line then they are in the subway line at this time of night. Your associate has probably been coasting most of the night why can't you just make two subs?! And then you were shocked and surprised when my husband asked for a proof of voided transaction. Ally (Alicia I think) was working this evening, Jan 19th around 7:45pm when we picked up our order. When we were down the road we started to eat our subs and quickly realized both subs were made incorrectly. Our ingredients were swapped on each other’s subs, no extra sauce as requested and no cheese as requested (one of the subs has the name Cheese in it!!), and both subs were cold so I’m not sure if they were toasted either as requested. We turned around and went back inside for her to remake them. I let her know the ticket was correct but they were made wrong. She reprinted the ticket and we waited. When we got in the car- lo and behold they were wrong AGAIN! The breads were swapped on each other’s subs and still no cheese on either of them. We were so hungry (I’m 8 months pregnant and my husband hadn’t eaten all day) so we decided to just eat them but to call and complain. When I got Ally on the phone I let her know we were just there and they were made wrong yet again. Immediately she got defensive and said “how are they wrong, I made them myself ma’am!” I told her neither had cheese and the breads were wrong. She said we could come back so she could see them but we were starving and too far down the road. We have truly never had any issues with this location but I will seriously rethink going here again. Read moreMy husband and I came in here tonight for dinner the young lady I believe her name was Destiny was amazing she kept her composer as the man behind the counter who told us he was the new manager at this location talked down to her and yelled at her about the way the line looked it was a little messy but she was busy and had been by herself until he came in we ordered egg on our sandwichs he snatched the egg off and tells her you have to cook the egg first she goes to put in the the toaster and he takes it from her and does it himself he stood there taking pictures of the line telling her this is not how I run my restaurant I don't know who trained you but this is not going to fly here you need to be retrained then he starts talking to me and my husband telling us how pissed off he is and how it's bullshit that the line looks like that he said if he would have walked into a restaurant and it looked like that he would have walked right out I'm all for correcting bad habits/behavior but it should never be done with customers standing in front of you Destiny was doing the best she could with being by herself I've never come into a subway and the line is spotless there is always lettuce and other veggies dropped we felt really bad for her the way he was talking down to her this should be addressed because no employee should ever be...
