Wendy's — Restaurant in Longwood

Don't get too excited about the 1 star, it's actually 0 stars but leaving one so I can leave a review. Anyways... I drive further out just because this location is never busy in the mornings. Now you would think this is a good thing cause you will get your food perfectly every time well NO! Today is the last time I will go to this location. Frotychinno tasted like toilet water if I'm being honest. I've had some good Frostychinnos from this location when it first came out but then they just got lazy and poured maybe 2 drops of frosty into the cup and everything else was just straight coffee. Some people like me like our coffee creamy and a bit sweet you know. Consistency is everything in the food industry. If you can't be consistent then you may think about closing shop. How hard can it really be to follow a recipe? Seriously, how hard? My sandwich seemed to be like at least two days old. The bread wasn't nice and soft like it usually is and the fries were cold and soggy. Y'all seriously need to do better or start thinking about closing shop and going back to school to learn the basics of "following instructions" that way when you find a new career or job you can at least follow a procedure or a...

I swear this store has the worst service ever ALWAYS I havent been here in a few years and tonite reminded me why I pull in the drive thru and the girl on the headset was nice she took my order and as she is repeating it back to me everything she says a guy gets on the speaker she says no ranch he says yep she says no tomato he says yea and he continued to do this with everything she said I couldn't hear a word she said she then apologized for "that" and told me to pull up so she can say it I get up to the window and there is her and 2 guys in the window being very loud and making faces at us behind her she then tells me it's a 5 min wait on one of my sandwiches at this point I'm pretty much done and she tells me my total is $17.00 even my husband was not happy at all and wanted to leave we didnt want our food handled by people like this it's like no matter what this store is always like this I went down the street to the other Wendy's which I rarely go to because it is so far out of my way but the service is always great and the food is always fresh plus the same exact meal was only $16.13 not sure how that worked out either you definitely lost a customer I wont...

I went today for lunch and I ordered a chicken sandwich (spicy) when I got my order I noticed the chicken had a very bad looking... I took a bite and the chicken was horrible.... so I took the sandwich to the counter and asked for a new and fresh chicken sandwich... I got my second sandwich, so I checked the chicken before tasting it and everything “looked” fine. I took a bite and found everything ok.. until my second bite.... the taste was disgusting!!!! Trying to find out what’s wrong now I noticed that the bread had MOLD !!! yes !! MOLD on the bottom. That was totally disgusting!!! I swallowed that sh!7 !!!!! And when I tried to complain again this time because I found MOLD in my bread, the manager said that wasn’t mold... she said that was a burned spot of the bread... really ??? I had that sh!7 in my mouth!!! I tasted it !!!! But she didn’t want to admit it was mold. She took the sandwich and threw it away. And then she went inside the kitchen.... I was with another person who saw the mold on my bread. This is SERIOUS !! If you’re considering this place to eat RUN AWAY !!!! I hope the owner...
