Horrible customer service of the front hostess named Irma. She needs more training. I stood there in front of her podium to be seated and she continued to wipe down her menu without regard to my presence. I was patient and she was just continously doing her task for almost a minute, I was the only customer waiting to be seated and if I did not ask her what her procedure is, I wouldn't know. She just blatantly said, "there's two restaurants." That's it! No explanation whatsoever. No explanation of the menus. She didnt even offer for us to review. Wow! We ended up with the hotdog/pizza small resto with bad customer service again! Workers are so unhappy. And when we walked to the other sit-in resto, Irma stopped us immediately and said that we are not allowed to eat there as that was only for the dine in restaurant patrons. In the first place, the whole set up was confusing. This woman Irma needs to have a strong customer service training. We are not white and I noticed that after we settled to the "other side," she was overly so friendly and helpful to the white folks in front of her podium who were coming in. She promoted a sense of unfriendliness to us. I say that because I worked with Nordstrom customer service many many years. Treat others the way you want to be treated. No matter what color of their skin. All the young kids who work inside the falls/the caves....awesome services and personalities. I should have called the manager but we are tight as we have to drive home hours away. The whole view of Rock City compensated for that Irma's...

Like one of the other reviewers from a year ago stated, we had bad service from the hostess. The entire set up of the restaurants (yes, there's 2) is confusing. We originally stood right in front of the hostess to Cafe 7 and were ignored so we thought we had to order food from inside and then be seated. The restaurant inside is a small hotdog/pizza place. I had my sister and 3 year old daughter go find a table while I ordered the food and drinks. When I walked out, with my arms full of food, my sister flagged me down from the seating area for Cafe 7. The hostess immediately stopped me and said that I was not allowed to eat there as that was only for the dine in restaurant patrons. I told her I needed to get my sister and daughter and she refused to let me by. My sister had already left my viewing and apparently didn't hear my calls. This was a horrible experience. I honestly would have preferred to try the food at Cafe 7 over hot dogs, but we were ignored by the hostess from the start......until I tried to enter with the other restaurants food. You all definitely need better training of your...

Second time here, as a season pass holder I will try to be here a lot more. Doing my physical rehabbing here for my knee. Its a great reward to the walk which is pretty hard on me. First time I had a bloody, that was in may, this last time I had a Treehorn Cider both were great and will work my way through things here as I come. Staff was very nice, we did get rushed out this time by the storm, but still a great time. Edit and part two. Came back with my niece, nothing on the barside was open on a Sunday. We had a chili cheese dog, a slice of pizza and a watermelon slush which was great. Filled the hole in my stomach and kept us going till we got home. A little confusion back there with the young adults trying to put it together but it...

This was so refreshing, Hike for like 45 min, then BOOM a cafe on top of a mountain. Seat relax and have some beers while breezing and trying to see the 6 states while buzzed. DRINKS Chattanooga brewing, Chestnut brewing, Sycamore brewing, Southern girl blonde and Dry country. love testing beers.

The food here was amazing. We got the chicken sandwich which was so tender and packed with flavor, and the shrimp and grits. They also have a black berry, cherry, and ginger ale drink that is so refreshing. The wait staff is courteous and quick. Definitely stop in to check them out.

This is a must do if visiting Rock City. You can’t beat the view and the food was great! Highly recommend the Arnold Palmer with Vodka, fried green tomatoes, and the BBQ sandwich. We had such a wonderful lunch here and our waitress was great!
