WORST SERVICE EVER!! Me and my friends ordered drinks (total of 4) and we waited for 20 mins before getting 2 of them and then 45 MINS LATER THE OTHER TWO STILL AREN'T OUT! I nicely asked how much longer because we had an appointment to get to and the little red he’d girl looked at me and said “ I can just get you a refund” like ummm no I just want my drinks that I’ve been waiting an hour for! I then said to her no I just want my drinks please she vegans to get very sassy with him saying “look I’m going in the order of the tickets you can either wait or get a refund” first off they were not going on the order of the tickets because people who ordered way after me and ordered way more than me got all there stuff before I got mine. So I walked away and then waited another 15 mins and they still were not out. So at this point I was getting very upswept and then walked up again asking how much longer and the girl tells me then that I did not pay for it because she doesn’t have a ticket WHEN CLEARLY I DID BECAUSE IT WAS ON MY RECIPT and they then told me that they were not making it unless they see a ticket!! I told them I wanted my drinks and I was not waiting any longer. So then they finally made the drinks and had such a sore attitude about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Read moreI visited the Rock City/Lookout Mountain Starbucks location on May 25, 2020, and had outstanding service. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and my coffee was excellent. Aside from the great service, the staff at this location went way above and beyond, and I just can't thank them enough. While getting my coffee, I accidentally left my credit card behind, and one of the staff members at this location, named Jacob, found my card. I called later, after realizing I had lost it, and Jacob told me he had held onto it for me in case I called. Jacob offered to mail it back to me since I live two hours away in Nashville! Jacob, I hope you're reading this! I really can't thank you enough! I will be a Starbucks customer for life, just because of this one kind act, and I will go out of my way to give my business to this location the next time I'm in the Chattanooga area. Thank you so...
Read moreWhile on vacation with my friends and family we stopped at this location for coffee drinks. After paying for the drinks an employee began placing the drinks on the counter to be picked up while calling out the names. After I received my drink I pulled my mask down in order to drink the coffee and the employee began to get irate about my mask not covering my mouth and nose. I advised the employee that I was taking a drink of the coffee and he still acted very rude and unprofessional. It should be noted that there were others in the business not wearing mask. I advised him that he was lucky that I had already paid for the drink or he could have kept it. I will never do business again with Starbucks and they will never get money from us again.
