Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Loomis

The ineptitude of the kids working at this location is absolutely astounding! The last time we got a pizza here, we asked for jalapenos to be added to one side of our meat lovers pizza. When we received our pizza, half of it was meat lovers, and the other half was just plain cheese with jalapenos on it. I called up to complain and have a new pizza made and delivered and only got attitude from the person who answered the phone. Eventually, I got somebody to bring me a pizza that was correct. Fast forward a couple of months, and guess what just happened again! What is most infuriating is that my wife spoke to a gentleman named Hunter and made it extremely clear exactly how she wanted the pizza to be. All meat lovers with jalapeños added to half. She made sure Hunter confirmed this when she was making the order, and once again, when she was picking it up. Well, Hunter didn't bother to look at anything. He just said yes, it's fine, and sent the pizza out the door. The pizza was half cheese and jalapenos and half meat lovers. I can't make this up! When I called to speak to Hunter about it, he was far more concerned with "being yelled at" than he was with fixing the order. He even confirmed that the order went into the computer correctly and that the mistake should not have been made. When I asked to speak to a manager, there was no manager on site at all. It's no wonder these idiot kids can't get anything right. There's nobody willing to stick around and make sure they know what they're doing. I am done with...

I am all for supporting local businesses especially during this pandemic but i am NOT OK with SHADY or DECEPTIVE business practices. I called in to order a large pizza but was told that they were running a special for a XL 2 topping for $17.99. I said ok

I go to pick up my order and show my groupon voucher to the cashier when a man comes up to her and quietly (so I wouldn't hear) say "charge him full price ". I ended up having to pay an extra $6 something for the pizza when my total should have been $0.00.

It is deceptive to promise one price and then charge another and not even explain it to me.

Even after i called out the gentleman for the price difference he had no explanation. The only response i got was "i could have saved if I didn't use my groupon". This was such a lousy response.

Ive been a loyal customer for 9 years since our family moved here but this place has changed for the worst. Go somewhere else where they want...

Amazing dining experience overall. Tall guy running the oven hooked my crying kid up with a personal pizza and legitimately had it ready faster than I could believe. He came out with it and cracked some jokes that brought a smile to her face that was absolutely priceless. Really well-made food on the rest of the order (very well-portioned and generous toppings!), and excellent music playing on the speakers. It's refreshing to hear some good alt-rock as opposed to the generic pop or contrived Italian classical that every other dining place seems to be obsessed with. The whole crew was very kind and accommodating despite us coming in near their closing time. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing crew. Can't recommend...
