Long time Google user, long time Jack in the Box customer. Never have I received such poor customer service and hospitality, multiple times in a single visit. Thus prompting me to finally write a review.
On 18 April 2025, I ordered via app, went through the drive through where the store manager (SM) told me to wait in the front of the store. He said he'd bring the food to me when it was ready. Note, the app said 10 minutes, though given how slow the workday was, I assumed it'd be faster. I was with my kid who I thought I'd only have to distract for 10 minutes max. I waited over 20 minutes seeing a couple new customers come and go, so I decided to check in the store. I brought my kid in and asked about the food, only for the SM to realize the food has been waiting near the drive through counter. He didn't say sorry and just handed me the food. I asked what was with the poor customer service to which he eventually said sorry for, but didn't say anything beyond that.
I took the food and went home, only realizing then that the order was incorrect. Not only was the food late, cold, but it also had missing items. I went back to the store and explained this to the SM. He didn't say sorry, but rather he instantly said he put the order in correctly. I knew that was a lie so I told him, feel free to check the CCTV. I tried calling the number on a store sign about customer service which isn't even working. I explained this to the SM who said it works too. I called in front of him to show it doesn't.
Not sure what's wrong with this store and SM, but they don't want to admit they're wrong even when it's clear as day. He eventually redid my order, but the damage is done. This SM tarnished this...
Read moreI'd thought this was a nice location, and had written so here - before.. But whomever is the day manager , she is pretty much unaware - of what customer service is .. If you get a burger , meal , whatever ? Be prepared.. ( they seem to be rationing the sauces ! I purchased 2 burgers .. I asked for secret sauce .. I received 2 . I asked for more of them please .. ( because I ordered the burger dry in the first place .. I just prefer the way they used to make them - with secret sauce ..) The guy helping me at the counter looked confused because he said they only give out one for each burger .. This seems silly , I know - but he turned walked a couple of steps to his right to the managers office and asked her .. " Can I give out any more ?" She replied, 3 max ! ". ( Are you kidding me ? ) How horribly cheap ! But I knew she was not a very friendly manager from a previous visit .. When I asked for a fresh cooker burger , She said they always do .. Perhaps when she's working ..? Lol' That's not all the time she's not there ! I have asked them before and they say , We cook many of them earlier.. we just put it on the grill to heat up ..
Anyway .. just not friendly management.. the workers are nice .. I'd say ; only go here if you are 100% fine taking the items as normally prepared .. Specialty requests , and definitely any extra sauce + isn't going to go well for you .. ( at least while she is there ) Extra tip .. I think she works morning and day shifts .. I do not know if she is the store manager, of an assistant manager .. But I actually have stock in this company.. so I'm trying to find out now if this is a corporate store , or a privately owned franchise.. ...
Read moreUPDATE:(THERE ENDED UP BEING PIECES OF PLASTIC IN MY SHAKE. SO GROSS AND DANGEROUS. THE GUY PROBABLY GOT MAD THAT I ASKED HIM TO FIX IT. WHO KNOWS.).......I asked the guy at drive thru to fix my strawberry shake because it was white with one pink swirl in it. He took it back after charging me for it. Then he fixed it waving it in the air and telling me that the strawberry shake has more pumps than it normally comes with all while holding up the line. Which wpuldnt have happened had it been done right the first time. And then he asked me for my card again so he could charge it. I paid for 2 shakes because i asked him to fix the half a**ed job of the first one. Every jack in the box ive been too lately has been terrible.
