Horrible experience and customer service. We Will never be coming back. As most Toy Story fans, we're excited about the Happy Meal toys McDonalds has released. We stopped by early to purchase the toys. We were told that this is not allowed and that you can't purchase the toys without purchasing a Happy Meal. This is the ONLY McDonald's we've encountered with this rule. We've been buying just the toys pretty much every time they have new toys. Anyway, they said the Happy Meals weren't available until 11. We showed up again at 11 and the not very bright cashier (and I'm being extremely nice by describing her this way) wanted to give us old toys NOT the Toy Story toys we had specifically asked for when we stopped by in the morning! She said that as far as she knew, those were the only toys they had. I asked that she double check, as we had just been told that same morning something different. She checked and miraculously found the toys.
Then, we went ahead and ordered the Happy Meals. For some extremely odd reason, she couldn't figure out how to place 3 Happy Meal orders! After explaining multiple times, I thought she had finally understood that we wanted apple slices as the side and not extra fries. When we finally got our food (which was not fast!) the order didn't have any fries!!! Just the nuggets and one bag of apples. When I asked her about it, she said that you had to choose between fries or apples or gogurt. I explained that you could choose either apples, gogurt or extra fries, but she said no. Anyway, I downloaded the description from McDonald's website and showed it to her. She didn't seem to believe me and called the manager. The manager seemed hesitant, but finally agreed and provided the missing fries. Needless to say, this wasn't worth it, but I did it out of principle as their complete ignorance ruined my digestion. This McDonald's definitely needs to provide better training to all of their...
Read moreFirst let me start by saying that it’s possible because of the pandemic this restaurant still doesn’t let diners eat inside. Well not until 7am apparently. I had gotten out of my bus, one stop ahead of time to catch a breakfast meal to go, I tried going in and this McDonald’s has their doors locked I knocked and no response even though there were workers inside and they could see me. I ring their little door bell and still no one has the courtesy to at-least come to door and let me know I can’t go in. So I tried the other door right in-front of the building and it was still locked. There was a worker on the side cleaning the windows and I ask him why can’t I go in. He claims that they don’t open until 7am, it was 6:10 when I arrived and the schedule says diner is open at 5:30am on Sunday they even have a huge sign that says “eating in welcomed.” I told him that it says it’s open now, he continues to claim that not until 7 and if he opens the door he will get fired. So I just left. Hungry and...
Read moreWow I know you don't need an education for fast food but maybe we should give intelligence test to new additions to the work force. Some people are just too stupid to work. The past 4 times I've gone to this mcds theyve gotten my order wrong. And not just a simple " I said no pickles". But twice I got an order that wasn't mine and twice they gave me my order completely wrong. Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, only mayo mushroom and cheese. Got a burger with aioli sauce bacon and grilled onions......wow kinda missed it. Ok I thought we all make mistakes, give it back to the kid who brought it to and explained what I order. After about 5 add minutes I go to the counter to see if they fixed my order. The vato manager rolls her eyes, never saying a word give me my to go order that was sitting on the heater, I open the burger AND ITS THE SAME BURGER FROM 5 MINS AGO THAT THEY MESSED UP ON. WOW. I will not be going back to...
