🇺🇸 ILLINOIS, USA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - The bold blue V in the Vienna Beef logo is probably the kind of small detail that could cause accidents if a homesick Chicago native tries to merge four lanes and find their way into the parking lot from this busy intersection. If you are able to swerve safely into the plaza, opening the door of the restaurant is like opening a portal straight to the Midwest. Mustard's has the feel of a place that has been serving these sandwiches for as long as Chicagoans have been making their way west on Route 66.

This was my 1st time at this location. I use to go to the Bixby Knolls location all the time until it closed. I ordered 2 Windy City Dogs (chili cheese dogs) along with an order of onion rings, an ice tea, and a maple bacon bar. The food was on point and did not disappoint. The buns were toasted just right and the chili had the right amount of spice. The snap of the hot dog was perfect. The staff was professional and were very nice. It may be a bit farther away but I will definitely be going back in the future.

It's been nearly a decade since I've been to this Chicago-style hotdog spot. Definitely different than I remember, but the fire dog was still delicious (just less spicy than I remember). They didn't have so many options back then, or a Vietnamese menu (try the Vietnamese coffee here food stuff!), but I dug it. I need to come back and try the bakery items, they all looked so yummy 🤤😋!

Always an amazing place to grab a great hotdog and French fries. I love the Fire dog. Great taste and great spice. The kids love it too. They have beer and other drinks. Great Chicago atmosphere and friendly staff. We always come here when we are in town.
