999 Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Just because it’s shaped like a pizza doesn’t make it pizza. Although it’s weird to put cheddar cheese on a standard meat pizza, I could easily overlook that. But the “crust.” Oof I should have believed the other review, but I thought “it can’t be that bad.” Yes, it can be every bit as rubbery & flavorless as others described. My friend ate half of one slice. I am freezing most of the TWO pizzas I purchased in hopes that it improves somehow.

I’ve traveled all over the world, even in Asia they do pizza crust better. This is not pizza, it is pizza-like food. If you imagine it’s a pizza bagel, maybe that helps.

Stopped by late night, once I got past the pack of hookers we went in, very plain ambiance chairs and tables, you order at the window. Wasn't expecting the cashier to be smiling and awake but with 8 people in the room she was very nice and helpful. The 2 slices of pepperoni pizza were large and incredibly good, and the calzone had to be in the top 5 of late night pizza places. And the floor show staring Roxy big butt butt fighting the champion Helga 5 bucks for 5 minutes chump made the night.
