bb.q Chicken LA Western Ave — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm so disappointed. I used to frequent 6ga for years, but now 6ga has discontinued the service. I had no choice but to call the Western branch and order, but they told me to order online since they can't take orders over the phone. When I went to pick it up after ordering, there was no cashier and a kitchen worker came out and talked to me. The kitchen worker seemed to be working hard, but the taste of the chicken has changed so much from before. The chicken wings weren't seasoned properly and there were so many chicken feathers on the fried chicken that it was disgusting. When they used to do business at 6ga, they used to give me radish with it, but now I have to pay for the radish separately. If a famous franchise in Korea is going to do business like this, I don't understand why they're doing business. Is it okay because it's America? As a fan of ANYEON for years, I'm so disappointed. I just ordered delivery through their app and thought it was coming from 6th Street which is always good and crispy. I noticed after pressing pay for order that it was coming from western. New location! Finally Open! Went for a lunch special. Loved it! The bulgogi bowl was pretty damn good! It took a minute but it was made right when I ordered so it was worth it.
