Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Service was horrible, nothing but from what it sounds like coming from the kitchen was goofing off. Spent the day driving home and picked up food for the family. Turned out I was shorted half of my meat from two plates and ended up having to cook for my little one anyways. In the end I was hoping for more then just what was owed to me (my missing chicken) but for there incompetence and my inconvenience they didn't seem to want to fix my experience with there establishment. Mind you i would have been happy with any little gesture that was more then what what i was missing, like an order of pot stickers or my next plate is on them......but all I got was my money back for 8oz of chicken 1 day...

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience here. The quality of the food has seriously declined. The chicken was tough, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. The chicken breast was overcooked to the point of being inedible, and the egg rolls were just as bad—dry and bland. I ended up wasting $54 on food that I couldn't even eat. I ordered online in advance. Everything went smooth. The order was fine and perfect, exactly how I ordered it. I got the chicken yakisoba noodles- they were amazing! Very flavorful and delicious. A warning to those testing out the spiciness; I got extra, extra spicy, and I am known to eat a lot of spice in my food, but this was really spicy.
