Had an amazing experience here! Came in by myself for some hookah out on the patio, a couple beers, and some food. I was not disappointed! The staff was extremely friendly and provides awesome customer service. I went for the Fumari Island Papaya and Lemon Mint mix hookah, which was amazing, and served in a traditional pipe. It smoked well, and new coals were easy to get. You'll be managing the hookah yourself though, so take that into account. I ate the lamb shank with rice, hummus, and pita. It was absolutely amazing. The lamb fell right off the bone and I could easily have cut it with a spoon. Rice was also on point, and the hummus was tasty. The pita was fresh and delicious as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this dish. For drinks, I had a couple of Almaza pilsners. They were tasty, and I'd never had them before. Light, drinkable, refreshing, and made locally in Lebanon. Definitely recommend as a social beer. All their bottled beer was priced at $5.99, so relatively cheap for the area! Overall excellent experience and I will be back!

Came here for an afternoon lunch, my sister was craving lamb and hookah. Don’t even ask. Lol but this spot has both. The location of this restaurant isn’t really aesthetically pleasing. Its next to a good will and liquor store. Its a lot going on in this “shopping center” if you call it. But they have inside and outside seating and everything you need for an enjoyable dining experience. We did have to wait a little to be served initially but Luis was working the floor hisself and was incredible. The customer service was on point and I respect his work ethic. He handled everything and got it done. The food was good. My sister demolished her lamb. The Brussels sprouts, I don’t recommend. They were so cooked, you don’t even see the green in the vegetable. But Luis made sure I was satisfied after this issue and we moved on. I can’t say I would be in a rush to come back here but I did want others who may choose to come to know what to expect and highlight some of the pros of this place! All in all it was a good time.

I went to eat for dinner . I ordered Mix Kabobs , Coke, Vegetable samosas and french fries. They brought the food . The beef Kabobs smelled really bad and raw and uncooked inside . I called the waiter and told him that it smells and not cooled well. He took it back and brought it after 30 minutes, just burned it . Not very well cooked and smelled so bad and I didn’t eat it at all. The beef kofta kabob smelled so awful. The rice , vegetables, samosas, french fries and chicken was a little bit good . At checkout, I complained to Manager about the food . He said Yes, I know that . That is so disrespectful and irresponsible and arrogant behavior. Listen to your customer in a polite way . Dont be scared of criticism. Overall , very bad experience. the waiters were professional but tge manager . Dont want to go gain . overpriced food and you guys expect TIP* too. No way .

I am seriously amazed by the positive reviews. It started out I my friend telling me about this place. And because it is my favorite food I decided to take my wife. the first problem I had was their website. All the prices are more than what is on the website. Or on the menu on Google. of course he said it was changed just a couple of days ago. And I asked him if he would honor the prices that are on the website and he laughed.

I'm not going to leave just because I'm spending a few extra bucks each item I want to order, so we decided to stay. He took our order but didn't ask if you wanted anything to drink and after he left I realized that we were not going to get anything. So we stopped the busboy who and asked him for drinks.

Then somebody who was seated before us got their food first which I thought was very strange. Then the food came and some of the shawarma was quite delicious. But we ordered the 3 lamb chops also. And the first one was a good, medium. And I suddenly realize that he never asked how we wanted it cooked. I would have said medium rare or rare but medium was okay. However, The other two were brick charcoals. And I was going to return them, which always makes me nervous at a restaurant, and ask for two done at medium rare or rare. Because they were just Brown and burnt. But my wife started to eat them and seemed to enjoy them so I decided not to send it back because I was nervous about it anyway.

So paid the bill then the next day going shopping for dog food realized I didn't have my credit card. So I needed to call them and find out if they had it. But there phone line didn't work. So I figured it was Verizon. So I had my friend to call from her landline and she also said the phone doesn't work. So now I got no credit card and a company that doesn't have a phone number that works controlling it.

When I got there I asked for my credit card he handed it to me, no apology. All in all it was and experience. :/ Not really that positive. I'll stick with zankou Chicken. Or we have a new bok bok which is right around the...

I do not recommend going to this restaurant hookah bar. I have never felt so much reverse racism in my life. If you are not Muslim or African-American, don't even bother the staff is rude won't even pay attention to you. Some of the patrons are completely intoxicated and they continue to serve them. If you want to get humiliated and feel like you're not welcome. This is your place if not, don't go. I can't believe in this day and age in the middle of Culver City. Their could be establishment that can treat customers that way. I'm going to be contacting the authorities because I've never felt so isolated in a city that I love for diversity shame on you!!! I had to give it one star cause I won't even let me post without it. I would give it -5 stars. As I continue to read reviews, the number one problem is the service there. The people that work there. They should all be fired or at least thought manners, and how to work in customer service here in the United States, it might work in the Middle East, but it doesn't work. Here in the United States. The name of the staff are: Luis, Reda, Michai, Christie...
