I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing gelato shop, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish! THE. BEST GELATO Far & Wide!

They've been open only 2 weeks and we've been 2 times already.

This is the highest quality Gelato you will find outside of Italy itself.

It is not inexpensive:

$7.50 / 1 Scoop $9.25 / 1 Scoop in a waffle cone etc.

The Sweet Spot is to buy a larger size Gelato and share it.

We got the Amici (friend) which is larger than a pint, serves 3-4 people and you can choose up to 3 flavors for $20.50.

It's way more than you and your date or friends and family are going to eat in one sitting.

It will be wrapped and packaged with a nice tape/ribbon, you can ask for bigger wooden reusable spoons and eat to your hearts content.

They will offer an insulated bag for a dollar, but I passed on that and next time I will bring a cooler with ice packs to be more environmentally friendly.

You can take the rest home for later.

It WILL MELT, but that's ok, because with the mixing of your 3 flavors, now you'll have a nice parfait or delicious milk shake.

I couldn't say more positive things about Bacio di Latte.

Try it, you'll love it.

Tell all your friends and family about it, you won't be able to stop after you've tried it.

Or perhaps DON'T tell anyone because I'll have to wait in line out to the street and sidewalk when the lines form.

They do have a location in the Century City mall and one in Newport Beach, but the Larchmont location is your neighborhood shop and should be supported.

Parking can be tricky and cost you for the convenience, but we found FREE parking at the end of the block across the street from Chase Bank.

Highly recommend that so you can buy MORE Bacio di Latte for now and later.

They were out of the "Amici" size containers which are $20.75 for 3 flavors vs. A pint with 2 flavors was $15.75.

This is a huge plus for indecisive ice cream lovers like myself. I ended up going with the peach and strawberry sorbet flavors, and they were fantastic. The texture was incredibly smooth and creamy, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.

When it comes to seating, they have a limited amount of space both indoors and outdoors. The good news is the indoor space is beautifully designed – very modern and well-lit, creating a really inviting atmosphere. The staff was also amazing – incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Here's something to consider: Because the seating is limited, it might be a bit crowded during peak hours. Also, if you're craving a massive ice cream cone creation, be aware that the number of scoops you can get depends on what kind of container you choose (waffle cone, cone, or cup).
