WITTMORE — Local services in Los Angeles

Sadly, my shopping experience at this store was disappointing. I went in to look for a pair of shoes and selected a model from the display that I liked.

I approached a sales clerk and asked if he could assist me in finding a pair in my size. However, instead of being helpful, he seemed completely disengaged. To make matters worse, when he finally brought out the shoes, they were in two drastically different sizes that didn't make any sense.

When I questioned the inconsistency, another person had to step in to explain that he had actually brought me women's shoes. The lack of attention, the incorrect sizing, and the overall confusion left me frustrated and unimpressed with the level of service...

Yesterday, I walked into this shop and found items I was interested in purchasing. However, I was so put off by the service people that after five minutes, I walked out. The tall blondish guy never acknowledged my being in the small store, Never a word. A female stood in the back talking the entire time with someone else who was in the back. Unbelievable! Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I am a business owner and would have zero tolerance with my service people behaving this way with...

My fiancé absolutely adores this place and their products. The selection can be pricey but well made and worth the investment. Lots of great stuff for men, I highly suggest it if you’re looking for gifts for a guy in your life. Plus the shop owners and workers are all very kind, helpful, and outgoing.
