Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Came here with my two best friends after we went swimming amd we wanted something sweet. What we found was the sweetest man in the world. Saijhad! He was so careful and got us our desired ice creams and proceeded to help me when I noticed his shirt said Be Sweeter in the back. It was a BR (baskin robbins) shirt and the most gorgeous color blue. I said I love your shirt, so they sell these. He said sadly no. Then about ten minutes later he came out from the back room and showed me one that was a pink one with an ice cream cone on the front and the word LOVE. So nice to meet such a wonderful man. We have gone here twice this week so I wanted to put a great review of him and also the ice cream that is made by Baskin Robbins. So delicious and fresh. Sold us disgusting freezer burnt quarts of ice cream. One of them came damaged as well. They don't care about their product if this is a franchise.

It is obvious by the texture and flavor of the ice cream, the quarts were left in the freezer for too long, or maybe the quarts were melted at one point in time and were never replaced. They were still sold to us.

Very Blunt employees. Horrible customer service. Messed up the order. And gets upset when you politely correct him. He should slow down and pay attention. And the whole time was rude.
