🛑 Subway Review: Disappointing Experience at Coldwater Canyon and Archwood 🛑

Today, Monday, July 15, 2024, I stopped at Subway located at Coldwater Canyon and Archwood. I ordered the #8 The Great Garlic foot-long on wheat, priced at $14.99.

However, when it was time to pay, I was shocked to see the employee charging me for extra bacon that I never requested. This made my sandwich cost over $18, when it should have been around $16.

Additionally, the menu didn’t list some sandwiches, including the one I ordered. The employee insisted he knew which sandwich I was talking about, but I think he got it wrong because he was giving me the wrong cheese.

I feel cheated by this experience. Charging for items not requested is unacceptable and unethical. It’s disappointing to see Subway, a chain already making substantial profits, resort to such tactics.

I predict that the owner of this Subway may soon have to sell the location due to poor management and dishonest practices by the employees. It's no wonder that people are avoiding this location - nobody wants to be cheated.

Subway at 6700 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Unit 1, North Hollywood, CA 91606 needs to address these issues immediately.

Very bad experience. Very bad customer service from the old man that works there. He had no name tag but the oldest man with the white hair. I was charge for my meal then after they had computer issues but my meal was charged. He called me over to charge me again but I went into my bank account and I told him the charge went through and I showed him. And he was like no I have to charge it. I said no I just showed you transaction went through. And he got upset and started screaming so I said I will show u again it went through, he then continued to scream and another customer told him u were very rude to her and she showed u and he got upset and started screaming in front of other customers. He then continued to scream and try to charge at me but I hurried out the door. I will be reporting it. He has a very bad temper and is violent. Please...

Employees need to work on both their food service and their actual food. There's no real reason to give me attitude unless u don't like the job, which if thats the case find somewhere else to work and don't ruin my sandwich. I made it simple, Two foot long sub's, one Italian bread with white cheese and chicken breast and the other oat with teriaki with white cheese. And as for the veggies just give me the works. Mayo and Mustard. The oven overcooks the bread and so when i get home it's all rough. The meat is all pushed on the left side and not flat in the middle. And man there was so much Mayo and Mustard i could fill up a water cup with it. All of that combined and the taste was awful. Always go to this specific subway and it's never been this bad before.
