Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We placed an order 2 days prior for a pickup on Saturday at 4pm for 240 wings. The order was placed on a Thursday and paid in full. We arrived at 4:25 for the pick up and the cashier seemed confused as he looked at the receipt. He then said “ummm. Let me get the manager” The manager came out immediately with an attitude, (who refused to tell us her name and just kept saying “my name is the manager), and said “I told the man who placed the order it would be ready at 4:45 because it’s such a big order. If we placed an order 48 hours in advance, why would it take 45 minutes AFTER our pick up time? She then told us “I am short staffed today, so you’re gonna have to wait.” We decided to leave and come back. ‘The Manager’ then called us and said “are you gonna pick up your order now? It’s ready” and then hung up. Our family member who placed the order decided to go there and pick up the wings and only when we looked, the bags only contained 100 wings. We went back to say “we only got 100 wings, where are the rest?” And she then said “I gave it all to you, but if you want we can take it outside”

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE unless you want cold small wings, an incorrect order, and to be threatened to fight. We are already raising it up to the general manager, but apparently the general manager is her dad, so it’s highly doubtful he’s gone do anything about it. So, we are raising it...

It may just seem like another Buffalo Wild Wings but overall this specific one is outstanding.

I went in with my family and Quinton immediately greeted with his incredible aroma. Also, it was almost closing too and he was very kind to take our order. Not only that, he was courteous to all other customers while it was extremely busy.

We ordered the 20/20 bundle:both hot , traditional medium and boneless Parmesan garlic. When we got the boneless, I wasn’t expecting that this would be the best one. It was juicy, garlicky and buttery. Usually the traditional wings is what we come for but they opened our eyes with the boneless. The hot flavor was spicy and flavorful; likewise, with the traditional. The medium flavor is good for people who usually don’t like hot but love that Buffalo flavor. Also, they don’t skimp on the sauce. Overall, the chicken was cooked well and the experience was phenomenal.

Don’t let the appearance fool you. You don’t have to dine in to get that same juicy flavor at the restaurant and also the staff is...

Don't recommend to order from this place we understand its a new restaurant but they shouldn't have to mess up this bad.

Husband and I decided to order dinner from this place ordered almost $90 worth. When delivery person shows up gave us a bag with only 10 wings keep in mind we had ordered 40 pieces and other things. Husband asked the delivery person is that all you got she said yes is there something wrong we say yes this is not our order. Delivery person just told us oh call the restaurant and left. Husband calls restaurant make him stay on hold we decided to just go straight to restaurant with husband still on hold on the phone. Show up to restaurant he asked to speak with General manager explains what happened. All the gerlneral manager said oh there was 2 orders with the same 1st name.husband told him can't you put the last name on the orders.
