Going into the restaurant, the atmosphere is nice and inviting with nothing out of the ordinary. When I got the plates they were huge for the price. It was the salmon bowl plate and everything was good except the salmon as it seemed like it was cooked then chilled and cooked again.

The second dish was a fish and chips. The first one was good out of the three pieces but the other two weren't even one of the fish and chips had raw filling which had a Play-Doh feeling to it. The fries were soaked with the oil and the oceanslaw was also soaked even though that's the only side dish I recommend. Overall a meh experience from the food.

But before I left I went to tell an employee that the batter was undercooked and instead of the employee taking the feedback she said that's how it is and that if I didn't want undercooked batter I should of ordered another plate, she then mentions that she only eats the cooked fished not the fried ones. Then the manager came and again told me that the fish and chips is cooked that way and after proving her point that, that's how it is served she offered to cook just one fish again for me and if I really wanted she could tell the cook to make it a light batter. I refused as I just wanted to give feedback.

Update 3 and 5 days subsequently = No brown rice each visit. Update 7 days later = no corn, floor mats hanging off the railing while cleaning, cashier said she didn't need to explain why and that corporate "knows their procedure." Update 9 days later: No beans..posted with hand written scribbled sign taped to both registers..what, no ability to update computer? (Still, salmon is so good; its the only fish I like so perhaps I'm biased but whatever.

Went there the first time and nobody said anything to me; there were two people at the kiosk, the cash register was open, yet; still nobody came to help. Employees were just standing around talking about their day. When I received my food I received no thank you, no come again, nothing, so I called corporate headquarters the next day to complain. Went back the next day still the same thing except for she did say thank you after providing food but after I left, there wasn't a knife and fork in the bag for carryouts so I had to re enter forgetting this may be a place where I would need to check before leaving. Oh well, best food for the bargain so I guess it's going to be the bad with the good and...
