This Habit NEVER disappoints! But tonight was even better than any other visit. The customer service is always great, everyone is friendly, smiling, and willing to help, but tonight I had placed an order for curbside and ended up inside. I was looking for a specific sandwhich that was apparently a seasonal thing (I didn't know) and the lady I spoke with asked back to the kitchen if they still had it, the kitchen was quick to reply that they didn't, and she explained it was seasonal. I figured once I saw there was a new burger on the menu, so it was ok. But the kitchen was quick to come back and say they have enough to make one more if I wanted it! 😱 They were willing to accommodate what I wanted even though it wasn't on the menu. Honestly, I wasn't asking them to make me something from Olive Garden, so it was a really nice gesture that is long lost in today's society. I also witnessed a young man helping a girl with her ice cream cone that had fallen apart as soon as she attempted to eat it. He immediately tended to her needs and quickly replaced her cone and did so with a SMILE! Great on these employees and this management team for leading with great service! Their fries are almost always soggy and you've got a 50/50 chance of getting your meat cooked well done no matter how you try and ask for it. I've asked for well done, I've said extra well done and I've asked to make sure there is 0 pink.
I wrote and complained for the 100th time and I got the same copy and paste apology that I normally get. Clearly they aren't contacting anyone or following up with anything. The Habit has clearly become too big and don't have any oversight on their expansions. I went to the habit in Encino and Sherman Oaks for years 10 years ago and hardly ever had issues. I've been going to the Mission Hills location since they have opened and have had to write and complain countless times.

I love it because, while it is a chain restaurant, it's also located in my community, therefore, I can provide support by consuming their food. However, many times they don't get the order correctly, this is a bit annoying when eating in, but not as much, as it can be corrected right there and then - you just have to wait additional time for the food to be prepared! It is a different story, though, when it's take out and you're getting ready to enjoy your meal and you're not near the restaurant anymore. Yesterday, I ordered a salad, dressing on the side - for a reason! the lettuce gets soggy.
The dressing was not on the side...what a waste.
There is no phone number to call the store The order center is no help The order center said, I have to go back to the store, who has time and with today's gas prices!!!
Anyway, I really hope this place is able to implement a quality check process to avoid these mistakes.
