I took my friend here to grab lunch. I been to the plaza that this place is in a bunch of time but never ate here so today was the day to try it. We came exactly at 12pm and I was able to find parking in the back. This plaza gets busy during lunch time so it's better to park in the back so you don't get blocked in or stocked. When we walked into the restrauant, the worker greeted us and seated us right away since they weren't busy yet. I got a Coke and my friend got a beer to start off, the soda are in a can so be aware since it's not free refill I think. I went Shoyu on Fire ramen with chicken and asked for medium spicy. My friend went with the regular Shoyu since he didn't want spicy. Our ramen came out quick and it didn't look like they give me a lot of noodles until I stir the bowl. The ramen soup was delicious and the noodles were so good along with the chicken. I really enjoyed my dish and willing to try the next spice level. The customer service we received was amazing because they kept checking up on us to make sure everything was good.

This location opened not long ago. I tried it today! I ordered for take out. So I ordered the classic ramen with chicken breast, I got a side of bean sprouts ($1.75 for a tiny sauce cup full) and an order of crispy chicken karaage. The karaage was so yummy with its spicy aioli dip! It was crispy outside, tender and juicy inside mmm good! The ramen im sure would be better when eaten in store but it was really tasty at home also. It comes with a creamy pork broth, chicken breast, seaweed, spinach, bean sprouts, black garlic oil and green onions. Its very flavorful! I would come here again for sure! I want to try some of the other items like the bowls they have. I gave a 4 star because its a little pricey. The bean sprouts that I was given for an extra $1.75 was a ridiculously small amount. Thats the only reason. I'm the type of person that loves coupons deals and super low prices! So I will say when it is a bit pricey and if I would pay that amount again 🙂

This is hands down the best ramen place in the valley and the best Silver Lake branch I've ever been to. We've been here multiple times, and the food and service have been very consistent. Their chicken karaage is very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The tsukemen dipping ramen is very flavorful with a rich, pork and fish taste. Tons of umami! I highly recommend it if you're into that. There's plenty of parking and the restrooms are super clean! The staff is very friendly and they frequently check on us despite them being very busy. Overall, this is our favorite ramen spot in the valley and we will probably never tire of eating here.

Called to place an order and what food establishment doesn’t take over the phone orders… lol, so dumb. Sometimes people are driving and trying to pick up food… like duhh. You even have someone answering the phone, does it cost that much more for them to push some buttons too lol. Such a joke

After getting a response of the person at this establishment that handles their reviews, I still think it’s unintelligent to not take phone orders. If you have the time to respond to honest reviews, then I think you have the time to improve take out orders at your store.

Why have someone answer the phone, but not place take out orders? Doesn’t make sense, and highly recommend any other ramen place as this one is sub par. If you’re trying ramen for the first time, I would not recommend this place.

Lastly, I think it’s hilarious that the individual took my review so personally. I hope my review doesn’t affect their feelings so personally...
