Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid this place like the plague. I’ve never been this disappointed with a so-called “restaurant” in my entire life. I showed up at Carl’s Jr. at 11 PM. Everything — their website, Google, even the front signage — says they’re open 24/7. Great, I think. I’m starving and looking forward to a good meal. But surprise: the dining room is closed, and only the drive-thru is open. Fine. I’m on foot, but I’ve ordered at drive-thrus without a car before — no big deal, right? Wrong. I stand there clearly visible on the camera. I wave, I speak, I wait… and wait. For TEN MINUTES. Nothing. No one responds. No acknowledgment. Just cold silence while I’m standing there like an idiot, starving. So I walk up to the window to see if I can get someone’s attention. And then — I kid you not — a female employee sees me and LITERALLY RUNS AWAY like I’m some kind of threat. What?! I’m standing there politely, and she bolts like she saw a ghost. Honestly, she needs a serious attitude check — maybe a whole course on basic human decency. Or better yet, she should find a new job that doesn’t involve interacting with actual people. Eventually, a young man comes to the window and tells me, very politely, that they can’t take my order because I’m not in a vehicle. I’m sorry… what difference does it make?! Am I not a paying customer just like anyone else? I was so shocked I didn’t even argue. I just left. Completely humiliated and still starving. But wait — it gets better. I remembered they’re on Uber Eats. I think, okay, maybe I can still enjoy what I came for. I place a $60 order, add tons of sauces, especially ranch (which I was seriously craving), thinking it’ll make up for the nightmare I just went through. Guess what? My order arrives missing HALF the items, ZERO sauces, everything is stone cold, dry, and poorly packed. A total joke. I ended up eating cold, dry food in my kitchen, angry, disappointed, and still craving those sauces they couldn’t bother to include. If you can’t do your job properly, find another one. This was straight-up disrespectful. Disorganized, careless, unprofessional, and downright rude. Avoid this location like your stomach depends on it — because it does.

It’s very rare when I do a ONE STAR review and if I could do zero stars, that would have happened! I’ve been going to various Carl’s Jr. restaurants for maybe 30 years. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I visited on Tuesday morning July 12. I was on a very early flight to LAX and had not eaten anything and thought I would have a quick biscuit breakfast and a drink. I pulled into the parking lot and grabbed my phone to order on the app, thinking would be the fastest and most convenient way to order. I placed my order at 9:54 AM. I drove through the drive-through and was told that it would be faster if I came inside the restaurant rather than waiting in the drive-thru. I thought that was very strange, but I parked my car and went inside. There were quite a few customers there and a very active staff. I’m waited in line to get to the cashier to get my order and when I finally arrived at the front counter, they sort of pointed to one of the screens on the wall and said oh yeah your order is there. I stood there like a fool watching people place orders and get their orders when I’m still standing there. I waited a total of 20 minutes, before I finally asked Gladis, who appeared to be a supervisor, if she could help get my order. She finally walked over and grabbed my less than room temperature breakfast and handed it to me. I will not be visiting this Carls juniors again!

It was OK! I came to this Carl's Jr. at 5625 W Century Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90045 to eat one of their signature burgers "No. 7. Original Burger (100% Angus Beef). The burger hade slices of tomato, lettuce, red onion, mayo, etc. I also made it to medium Combo (added fries and beverage to my order). Total price almost $12 which acceptable compared to many other fast-food places with less quality but more expensive. The menu had clear pictures of each burger. Some tables at the restaurant were equipped with power outlet and chargers. Thank you. Very good. The beverage machine was modern but was out of sodas and dispersed only water and foam. Many customers including me were upset and complained, but the staff were too busy to fix the issue. The burger did taste better than similar burgers at Burger King since both are charbroiled. The amount of salt in the fries and the burger and sauces in the burger and chicken nuggets was more than expected. I'm also wondering if Carl’s Jr. are adding corn syrup in the burger buns? With so many famous burger brands on the market, Carl’s Jr. been succeeded with their concept and can compete with other brand such as Burger King, Mc Donald’s, Shake Shak, and Five Guys. Salt-rich diet can raise blood pressure, which can raise our risk of heart attacks, strokes, and other woes. Total score: It was OK! Here are some pictures taken by me:

1/22/2016 I fly into LAX and arrive at the Hilton hotel about 10:12 PM. I am hungry. I want to eat but the Restaurant is closing and I will not have time to order. I know better than to order room service at the Hilton at night. 1.It will take forever to arrive. 2.It will be cold. 3.It will cost the same as a 5 star meal, but taste like a bad Denny's Restaurant. 4.Do not ever send your food back and complain. You will worry what they will send you back. I choose to do the smart thing and walk to the corner and cross the street. There is a Carl's Jr.on the corner. I walk in and order. I sit down and eat. I get up and walk back to the bathroom before I walk back to my hotel. 30 to 40 seconds after I enter a Black Security guard with a vocabulary of words that only include the F-word and Mother F words sticks his head in the door and yells at the top of his lungs " We are F word Closed. Get your Mother F word out because you are now locked in.I now find out there is no toilet paper. I told the guard there is no toilet paper. Could you please throw me some from the stall next to me. He yells back I don't give a F. Get your F word OUT. As I make my way to the front of the restaurant and see a server I know, I tell her what went on. The Security guard is standing there yelling in front of the server get your F@&%ing ASS out while the server tells me to forget what the jerk is saying. He is still yelling the F YOU word at the top of his lungs as the server is talking to me. GREAT SERVICE Carl's Junior. You are on your way to the bottom of the internet and ratings that reflect your one star guard's treatment of...
