We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we supposed there should be at least one room cleaning service during the stay. Unfortunately no cleaning was provided by the hotel without any explanation! We had scheduled the cleaning in the second day and also reminded the front desk to clean the room but they still did nothing! When we came back to the hotel in late evening and saw all trash and dirty towels on the floor, we were so surprised and disappointed! We talked to the hotel front desk lady who said there was no housekeeping person in the evening. We also requested to change another room but the lady said they can’t change room. She just said we can talk to the housekeeping manager the next day morning to check anything the manager can do for us. This was absolutely not a solution! Also, they said the robot didn’t work and asked me to get the clean towels and two large garbage bags on the front desk. When we checked out, the front desk manager called us and criticized us that they had done housekeeping for our room based on their record. Her call was really ridiculous! We replied we had taken photos when we came back to the room so we can prove the photos taken date and time. Can’t imagine we need to be so alerted during our vacation time! The hotel services are very poor and provide no solution to the problems they created! The hotel also charged parking fee 54 dollars per day which was definitely not make sense. The daily charge shown at the entrance of the same parking lot is <24 dollars only. The only difference is multiple in and out access. When we checked in we had asked the front desk any alternatives for the expensive parking fee. The front desk staff said the fee is already the cheapest among other airport hotels. Next day we realized the fee charged by the parking management company is <24 dollars only. We clarified with the front desk again and then the staff offered another option, ie 27 dollars per day for single in and out access. We asked why the fee was higher than the fee <24 dollars charged by the parking company. She said their charge wasn’t updated and should be 29 instead of 24 dollars. We chose to trust this hotel so finally accepted the option of 27 dollars per day for the parking. In summary, this hotel provided poor service, no housekeeping services although promised, charged unreasonable high parking fee (54 dollars) and no transparency of the parking fee etc. If you do not want to spend much time to negotiate with the front desk on these things, this hotel is strongly not recommended especially if you stay with family.

I would say this is definitely one of the better and more fairly priced hotels in Los Angeles. The rooms are nice and big, especially if you ended up getting the suite like my friends and I did when we visited Los Angeles. The continental breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The views are absolutely fantastic and the neighborhood around this place was surprisingly decent despite all you hear about Downtown LA. I would keep in mind that traveling at night by yourself isn't ideal since this is near the heart of Downtown LA so fruit for thought just in case. Other than that, this is a very solid hotel. It has a Starbucks, pizza place, and a Jersey Mike's within the hotel so it's definitely convenient for anyone who likes those places. It has a somewhat fairly priced little goodie shop near the front desk with a good amount of snack, drink, and even medicine options to choose from so that's also convenient. Overall, just be mindful of your surroundings and make the best out of this hotel! It really is a solid hotel to book and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience at a fair price!

We booked this place as it was close to the airport & had a complimentary shuttle bus to & from LAX airport. Rooms were spacious, we had an ensuite with a huge shower, lounge area, kitchen area & a separate bedroom 😍 Customer service was impeccable, everyone we dealt with was warm, friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was awesome (sorry no pics as we were in a rush!) However, they had scrambled eggs, sausage meat patties, turkey sausages, potato rosti, bagels, fresh juice, oatmeal, coffee, tea & lots of sauces, jams etc. 😍 If you are like me & don't drink coffee, just fill up a cup with chocolate chips, add hot water & a bit of milk & wah lah! There is your hot chocolate 😍 Thank you to all the wonderful staff including the cleaners, cooks, security, front reception, shuttle bus drivers, maintenance workers & of course there is Wally the robot! 😍

Other than one minor compliant, I was extremely pleased with our stay at your hotel.

First, the room was very large and I was surprised to find a kitchen with a two burner stovetop and a full refrigerator. I am accustomed to a tiny fridge that can barely hold leftovers from a takeout meal.

Second, I was impressed with the service by all of the employees. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I called the front desk to ask for more shampoo and soap and someone from housekeeping was at my door within two minutes. I have waited much longer in other hotels for such a request to be filled.

I would especially like to cite Cassandra at the front desk for incredible service. I had planned to stay one night in the hotel before catching my flight home the next day. We were traveling with our cat and had supplies for our pet. We checked out, but missed our flight due to the very long lines at the check in counter at the airport due to the passengers having to rebook after their flights were cancelled. We returned to the hotel as we were able to reserve a room online at the airport. We had disposed of supplies for our cat as we did not think we might need the litter and food for another day. I asked if the room had been cleaned and Cassandra said she would contact housekeeping and would call me in my room. Within minutes of entering our room, I received a call from Cassandra who said she would meet me on the third floor where our previous room was located. I went to the third floor to meet her, however I was found a housekeeper who said the room had been cleaned. She opened the door to the room and confirmed the trash had been removed. Cassandra arrived as we were looking into the now clean room, and she and the housekeeper showed me where the trash was held. Cassandra helped me open the bags and sort through the trash in hopes that I could find my supplies. We could not, and I remarked that I would go to the nearest pet store to get more litter and food. I did not relish the thought as it was raining hard. Cassandra suggested I use instacart to get the supplies. I hadn't thought of that and her suggestion saved me a lot of time and money. I don't know if Cassandra violated any hotel policies by any of her actions, but her service saved my day. Kudos to Cassandra. Her assistance is greatly appreciated.

My only disappointment was the wait time for the shuttle. We waited approximately 45 minutes for the shuttle on a cold and...

Had a recent sewer flood in my home which immediately displaced us during the Christmas/New Year season. My insurance company suggested we find a hotel until they assess the problem. I called many places. Finally reached the LAX Residence Inn, and they instantly responded with commpassion. They accommodated me and my family of 4 (including my fury friend) for over a month! I mostly dealt with Ryan and Diego at the front desk, but everyone was so friendly. The whole staff was AMAZINGLY courteous and professional and got us settled in in no time. I was really surprised how dog friendly the hotel is too. My pup loved being greeting by everyone when we went for our daily walk through the lobby to the dog run. We each had our own large studio room with a nice lounge area, a full service desk and cable with NETFLIX! The kitchenette has no oven just stove top, but if you don't care, then it doesn't matter. The shower was to die for, I never wanted to get out! My room faced east so I got to rise with the sun every morning. They have blackout curtains, but thats for those who don't like sun... The cleaning staff are really nice and very accommodating. The laundry room is on the 4th floor if you care...however, I wouldn't say they are the greatest machines ever, but its clean, there is a T.V. and its rather cheap. The gym and pool looked nice, didn't use them though. I did notice they were never crowded, which I love. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and clean and the ladies who run it are so sweet and friendly, very professional and keep the area running like a charm. The daily breakfast could fill any stomach, they have so much to offer. Waffle bar, oatmeal (with all the fixings you can think of), eggs (boiled, scramble, white and regular), meat (turkey sausage and the pork switches up daily from links, Canadian bacon, andouille), fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, spinach, brie cheese (some days), juice (not sure if its fresh though), coffee, tea and I could be missing some things...lol. No in-house restaurant, just Starbucks, Jersey Mikes and Z Pizza. There was some maintenance going on with the pool and the outside grounds for a bit, but the staff did their best to make sure everyone was comfortable and not too inconvenienced. Plus this tells me that they care enough to keep the hotel up to par. Overall, all of us had a great experience and I am very thankful being it was not for pleasure we were there...
