Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Angeles

When I walked into the restaurant. I have to say that it was very nice and clean. It was only me and one other person there. The cashier was cleaning tables and she stopped cleaning the tables to come and take my order And was very nice polite and courteous. But that had to be the worst! Famous Star cheeseburger combo i've ever had in my life! I didn't take the opportunity voice my concerns because I was in a hurry. But my burger, seriously for it not to be anyone in the restaurant and only a few people going through the drive thru, that burger had to be sitting there for a while and the fries had to have been sitting there even longer. Omg! $15 for trash! Based on the cheeseburger and fries alone. The employees should take responsibility knowing the fries looked old, should've never served them. And let's not forget about the cook who put a cold burger patty on a bun. I will never be back. Oh and let's mention your soda machines were spitting like nobody's business. I ordered a guacamole bacon burger single with no onions and add pickle with cris cut fries and a coke regular size. I finally get home from driving in traffic and receive the whole wrong order. In this bag is a famous star burger this is not what I ordered but at least they got the fries right and the drink but my burgers totally wrong and they charge me $20.73 for my order. No one answers the phone for you to complain. I won't be back wasting my money somebody needs to get in contact with me and reimburse me or have me go back up to the store so I can get my right order I spent my money and I want the right order. I ordered two medium sized meals, one with hashbrowns and one with fries. The cashier named Griselda asked me if I wanted hashbrowns with both meals and I very clearly said no. I get to the front window, and after I checked the bag, she bluntly tells me that I said “yes” to the two hashbrowns instead of French fries for one. And this is after she repeatedly told me to move my car backwards for no reason. I asked for two barbecue sauces and she only gave me one, saying that they charge 65 cents for barbecue sauce but I’ve never been charged for BBQ before at a Carl’s Jr. and on the receipt, it doesn’t say BBQ sauce but instead says tomato because I doubt they even have it in the system, I think she was trying to scam me.
