Long story short: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Today I entered the drive thru to order. A woman named Karen began to take my order asking me a seemingly canned question about ordering the new fish. I responded no to ordering, then asked when did you begin serving fish. I got no response, but I was asked how can I be helped.
Pondering between the regular chili cheese dog and the angus beef versions for about 3 seconds, I began to order. At the same time she began to state, “Let me know when you’re ready.” I paused because I was ready and ordering. After a 2-second pause she proceeded to question, “Are you ready?” I responded with yes. She said with an attitude masked by a chipper voice, “Then how can I help you?” I responded, “You know what, I’m coming inside.”
I backed out the drive thru and proceeded inside. There was a gentleman waiting before me. After about 5 minutes of employees walking back and forth seemingly to restock cup holders, a woman “Vanessa” finally stated, “I will be with you in a second.” After another 5 minutes of watching, the gentleman before me walked away disgruntled having never ordered.
I was lied to the register and asked for the manager. Vanessa stayed that Francisco was out but she was in charge. I described to her my terrible experience both in the drive thru and inside and she rolled her eyes. I then asked her for the drive thru person’s name and she stated Karen. I asked how to spell it, and received another sarcastic eye roll seeming to demean my intelligence, as if there aren’t multiple ways for a name to have been spelled.
All in all, I understand why this location’s Yelp rating is as low as it is. It is terrible and I do not plan to...
Read moreThis was my first time at this location, and will definitely be my last! My neighbor and I were out running errands and she suggested weinerschnitzel so I agreed. I only like the all beef chili cheese dogs but was dehydrated so asked for water and I was told I couldn’t have any until my order was ready, I didn’t want to fuss so I just sat down and waited. Despite hardly any other customers, it took an eternity to get the food for myself and my neighbor and I noticed that the cheese was just thrown on the food unmelted and unappetizing. I went to the counter to ask if they could possibly warm it slightly so the cheese would melt and thanked them, she said something to the person behind the counter and gave it back to me and when I went to touch it, it was so hot I couldn’t even pick it up to eat. I then proceeded to drink a bit of the water that they gave to me and noticed a black mark on the inside of the cup, but since I didn’t have my glasses on and have a astigmatism I didn’t pay attention until it was clear that it was a bug floating in my water - and yes, they had put the ice/water in the cup. There had been no bugs flying near or around our table for the duration of our visit, so the bug was in my drink the whole time. Read moreI've liked their service and food in the past. Today I pulled up to the order window. Since no one spoke to me I pulled up to the main window since there was no one else in line. The young woman asked if I stopped in the window and I told her I had but that no one spoke to me. Instead of just taking my order she seemed committed to proving that I had not done what I was supposed to do. She did this over and over and even had a come back when I insisted I couldn't hear her. Why? Bizarre and although she wasn't nasty, it was still utterly rude and infuriating. So what? I asked Do you want to argue with me or take my order? She said, I'm just saying and started to repeat herself, which meant....she wanted to argue. I have never had such an unnecessary experience like that and I drove away. Bad service. What was the point? She was annoyed that I didn't follow the rules, even though I was the only person in line and it made no possible difference. This was around 4PM on January...
