The restaurant appeared clean, I would of loved to have enjoyed my food dinning in. However, all the employees are Hispanic and I love the Hispanic community more than my race "black" i had one request with my order. The cashier already appeared as "ghetto" and I wasn't greeted with a smile or even acknowledged until after 3 minutes of waiting at the register. I took my order and I thanked the employee. I drove away and excited to eat my cheesey gordita crunch and taco, and they BURNED MY TORTILLAS deliberately. I returned back to the location and politely asked if they could remake. I worked for taco bell for years and I'm aware of their policy and procedures and also the grilling times for the tortillas. 😂 When I was polite I think they were upset that I was polite and not rude like other black girls behave everywhere in LA so all the Hispanics kind of ganged up on me and laughed over and over while remaking my food and they had a very bad attitude.
If taco bell doesn't add DIVERSITY to each of its restaurant and enforce franchise establishments to do the same. Than taco bell will loose its CULTURE and it's core values.
We don't need "LA STREET TACO" street vendor hospitality in our restaurants.
They must follow taco bell policy and they should hire a professional team, while making it diverse. Its scary, "I have to think to myself do I trust these Mexicans making my food?"
Because their walking around loud and laughing and speaking in Spanish and gossiping like their in highschool.
Professional DESERVES professional
ACCOUNTABILITY, owing up to your mistake. The INITIATIVE to make up with the customer. While apologizing and than thanking them for giving them the opportunity to make up with them.
Exceeding the customers expectations. Everyone doesn't expect to be greeted 😊 when they walk in a restaurant or store, but taking the time to greet each customer while using a professional tone ensures the customer will have a unforgettable experience and their likely to return to the restaurant.
SATISFIED customers results into more REVENUE
Hire ASSETS NOT LIABILITIES
Emotionally IMMATURE is bad for the company. Hire woman or happy highschoolers.

Read moreThis is for the girl working in the drive thru at night. Not only did she mess up my order after she repeated it to me and clarified that it was steak and not chicken but also she was rude and rushed me out. Also asked for no rice and got rice. The food’s not terrible, in the mornings it’s actually fast and really good and great service the man working in the morning I think he’s the manager, he is great. I called to complain and the phone rang I called another time and this time they answer but then hung up. I called one more time they answered I said hello? And they hung up AGAIN. I love Taco Bell but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I work in the restaurant industry. I messaged corporate online and have received nothing back. Very...
Read moreThe service here at this time between 8-10pm i believe the same two ladies work.. before i thought you know we all have bad days but i see that’s just the way they are. I came through the drive thru i had to repeat myself 3x then an additional 3x when i didn’t even know they switched spots on the speaker.i felt my order was simple and I spoke clearly just to get the same attitude at the window and handed a ripped bag. Also a unwrapped taco. If it was over 20 bucks I would go back but it’s not worth the waste of gas. Taco Bell really needs to observe who they hire and Customer service training is a must regardless of what shift you work. No telling how many people’s food was mishandled during these ladies work shift so check always if...
