Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went to this location twice. The first time I ordered a double cheeseburger (whatever the name is for It there) and the guy who servied it to me had a huge attitude and acted like he hated life. When I got home, I noticed that they had given my two slider Patty's instead of regular sized Patty's, which was a total of 2 1/2 bites of meat and the rest was bun and condiments. My second trip to the 24 hour location, I was told that they didn't accept cards at that hour and only accepted cash. When I drove a 20 min round trip out of the way to my bank atm for cash, it was a different cashier and she looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they were accepting cards again and explained that it really just depends on the cashier working at the time. I don't understand why I continue to give this location a chance, aside from location and laziness on my part. It's walking distance from my apartment, or a moment's drive. That being said, my food is consistently and poorly made. My fried zucchini had been sitting around for so long that the fry container was saturated in grease, and the temperature was far from appealing. I'm not sure where they're sourcing their chicken for their grilled chicken sandwiches, but I highly suspect they're raised on a rubber farm, at least based on the texture of the meat they're serving. This is supposed to be a "DiStRiCt MaNaGeR" location but one would never be able to tell based on the subpar quality of the food and the completely lackluster service. This location is now franchised. This is a shame as the corporate stores seem to be the only ones that maintain a consistency with regards to food preparation, food quality, cleanliness, and customer service quality. As all of the Carl's juniors in the Santa Clarita area our own Now by a franchise company, I will not visit another Carl's jr. I cannot support this company as the employees they hire are rude and inconsiderate, probably get paid for Leigh, and it shows. Not to mention the fact that the prices have gone up to pay for the franchise fee they now pay at this location. This is a real true shame because this was a great location. I've been to all of the other Carl's in the Santa Clarita area, all owned by the local franchisee, and they are all incredibly bad, poorly-run, ineptly managed, and I simply can't tolerate that.
