I am very disappointed with this restaurant because it was and I say was one of the many Carl's Jr I go to. I don't know why or what they were thinking or why they did What they did to me. I went there at midnight on my bike and I know some restaurants let people go drive thru on their bikes some don't so I asked the lady working there if I could she said no. I kindly said please I was really hungry. She said no. I said thanks anyways so I wait for a car to drive thru sitting on the curb till a couple of young kids drove thru and asked them if they could order me a burger the new spicy western burger I gave the kids my money plus extra for the favor and the lady in the speaker tells these kids don't order for that guy I won't take your order tells them also they would get in trouble I'm like what did I do for these kids to get in trouble if they order for me I at no point while I was there rude or did anything but ask if I can order they said no so I waited that's all for someone to just straight refuse to serve anybody really sucks especially when unr really hungry that really suked really sucked. Read moreGod forbid you buy some food for a homeless person. I fed some homeless people and sat and ate for approximately 45 after which we all departed. Before getting too far away, I decided to go back to use the restroom. Finding out too late that there was no toilet paper, I was forced to go through my backpack in search of an alternative. Before I could gather my stuff together I had 2 LAPD officers pounding on the door saying that I had long enough and to come out. I was humiliated beyond belief to be escorted out of the restaurant BY THE POLICE!!! The GM Lily and a few of her minion employees (most notably the afternoon cashier with fire engine red hair and tattoos and most of the snooty food preparers who claim not to speak or understand English) make each and every visit to this Carl's Jr rate from unpleasant to an outright nightmare. Read moreI went through the drive-thru around 3:30 a.m. during my night shift, but the female employee who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Guacamole Burger with “no bacon”. She even repeated my order back to me, as employees usually do to make sure they got it right — so she clearly understood what I wanted. But when I checked my food in my office, she had given me a burger “with bacon and without guacamole” — the exact opposite of what I ordered. And she still charged me $19 for the combo. Her attitude made the experience even worse. She acted like she couldn’t understand my English, and her tone felt openly hostile. I honestly felt disrespected and even wondered if her behavior was racially motivated. It’s absurd — I asked for a Guacamole Burger without bacon, and she handed me a burger with bacon and no guacamole. That’s not a simple mistake; it felt childish and deliberate.
