I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAD SERVICE It really is the worst place I have ever been in my life I got to buy a meal there the chicken was super reheated also the employees saw that they were doing it reluctantly last the cook exaggerated teriyaki sauce I honestly thought it did not have too much sauce but when I sat down and saw it, it was super exaggerated, I went back and told the girl that if I She could change it and put no sauce or sauce apart and she told me that she had to pay 2 dollars for what according to me I had eaten it so I told him I'm not going to Pay two dollars if you want to give me less I'm hungry and she was super exaggerated with the cooks that I had to pay or you know give me my money and she told me that I couldn't do it I told her call me your manager and she told her the opposite in English and I clearly understood him to give her his money and she came with the same amount that he paid for the 2 and that I asked her for extra sauce and that I had already eaten it, clearly I felt bad and I turned around they did not give me my money and the food I started to cry out of anger, my husband came to speak with them and the manager according to the owner who are one of his best employees until I still ask her second super employee that she was not charging me the two dollars at any time and she made her face that no, but I think that for them to give a bad service it is bad, I just wanted my food and not pay for something they do. very bad taste they should change staff I hope they do something about it and never have bad experiences in my life I would return to...
Read moreIt's definitely not high priced, you don't get as showy of a show with your food, but this is teppanyaki, just like Benihana or other places like that. Mostly chicken moves rapidly along on this massive teppan grill, but beef and shrimp are also available. They call it teriyaki, and the sauce is definitely the sweet and umami mix of teriyaki. But it's not grilled, it's on a big metal teppan griddle.
You get two sides with your meal, choice from noodles, steamed rice, fried rice and steamed veggies. The veggies come out of the steamer crisp and full of nutrients, the fried rice has peas and carrots in it, the noodles get stir-fried fresh on the grill.
The best thing about Osaka is the freshness of the food. The fried rice might sit there in a steam table, and the steamed veggies sit right next to the fried rice. But considering the popularity of this little food court booth, the fried rice and veggies don't stick around to wilt and get funky.
The neighborhood loves this place, justifiably so. Fresh food and lots of it....
Read moreThe food is very nasty. While I was waiting for the food the men cooking it got on top of the stove with his dirty shoes on to clean something on top of the stove. The Japanese men the owner I assume saw the cook getting on top of the stove while customers food was cooking. He did not say anything. It was not the cooks fault itâs the owner the Japanese guy because he controls them and makes them do all those nasty things while the food is cooking. The sad part was that the owner told the cook to get on top of the stove with his shoes on. Infront of customers food while it was cooking. If they do that in the presence of the customers. I cant imagine what else they do in close doors. Nasty! It does get busy since itâs in the mall. And the food is not that good. The Japanese guy(owner) acts arrogant and has bad customer service. If you like the taste of dirty shoe in your food? Go! I myself will...
