Horrible customer service by Jacob. I walked in to order 6 subs. As it was time to pay I handed the cashier my coupon and was told this locations doesn’t accept coupons. There should be a sign on the door or be told at the time of ordering so many subs that this location doesn’t accept coupons. I asked Jacob if he can make honor this coupon today for not know and he said no so I told him that I walked in with the impression that I am allowed to use my coupons but he said I can just leave the food here. I was shocked especially with all this food shortage going on and the rise of prices on food that this worker would rather let this food go to the trash than honor my coupon so I did what any other person would do I purchase the food so it doesn’t go to waste. I hope the owner will put a sign outside the window or tell there employees at the time of ordering that they don’t allow coupons. Read moreOn July 8th, 2024 at 5:48pm. I went to this subway, attempted to order my usual - spicy Italian with marinara sauce. Leticia and Isabella were extremely rude and have terrible customer service because they gave me attitude and stated that I could only have marinara sauce if I ordered the meatball sub. They then started a match argument with me because I stated that I have always ordered this sub at this location and every other subway location with no problem. I also emphasize that subways slogan is “Have it your way”. They continue to argue with me So I asked for the owner or managers, name, and phone number. They stated that they could not disclose that information and told me show up the next day (again w/attitude). I walked away because i’m not giving my business to anyone who is going to argue with me about my order. I will never come here again and honestly, this business should be closed down....
