During our visit to Carl's Jr., we were served by an employee named Edgar. We ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches, which are priced at $1.99 each. However, Edgar charged us $3.59 per sandwich. Fortunately, my husband was aware of the correct price and pointed it out. Edgar's response was, "Oh, I thought you were using the app," which did not make sense in this context. We decided to let it go and moved on.
Later, I approached the counter to ask for three water cups. As he handed me the cups, Edgar said in an authoritarian tone, "Say please!" This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and shocked. I am an adult and do not expect to be spoken to in such a condescending manner. While I did respond politely with "please," I also pointed out that his tone was rude and that politeness should come naturally, not as a demand.
From the moment we entered the restaurant, Edgar's demeanor was unwelcoming, and he appeared unhappy to serve customers. His behavior is especially concerning given the location of this establishment near a school and the likelihood of younger patrons interacting with him.
I strongly recommend that Carl's Jr. management investigate this issue and take appropriate action. Employees who are dissatisfied with their jobs should not project their frustrations onto customers, who are simply looking to enjoy...

Long wait in drive through line which expired my code to get a discount on my order I believe it gives you 14 min to redeem it then I explained that to the guy at the window then he didn't know what to say, he ended making it seem he was going to give me my jalapeño free took it off my order and I looked in my bag and no jalapeños and he took off my nuggets that he convinced me to get at speaker.
On top of that the coke that i got sucked, watered down didnt end up drinking it my burgers were wrong ordered single famous star and a double famous star no cheese both were single when I got home and one had cheese and my fries were soggy

They gave me strawberry and Vanilla - I told them this is vanilla as it’s very white! She and he insisted they put 2 pumps of chocolate. So I taste it and guess what it’s vanilla! I told them and they said that’s chocolate and I put 2 pumps I said it’s vanilla and I said then do 4or 6 pumps she got mad and the guy told me that she realized she did 2 pumps of vanilla and not chocolate!!! They did not apologize to me at all!!! Then proceeded to give me this non chocolate shake again !! I also sent this to cooperate !! Fix your workers!...
