Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went through drive through and had to wait for our food. Kid at window didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Asked if we needed sauce with our nuggets problem is we didn't order any nuggets. We did tell him we need salt and catchup. When we got or food sure enough no catchup or salt. Had to go inside to ask for it. They where not busy and nobody was at the front counter. Employees just looked at me. Finally a Manger can to the counter. I told him what I needed and had to wait at least 5 minutes because he could not find any salt. When he did he gave me only two packets. Next time I'll go to In-n-Out or Chick-fil-A since they are polite and always get your order correct. These people think they deserve $15 hr? They will soon all be replaced by automation and computers. McDonald's is...

This Carl's Jr. in Hollywood yesterday, was ok. The beyond burger was delicious! I got an order of fries, too. I ask if the fries were going to be hot? The response I received was, yes they will be hot. They were warm. Not hot. I use to tell people that Carl Jr. fries were good. I may need to retract that statement. It seems to me that Chick-fil-A have the best fries at a reasonable price. Their fries are always hot. McDonald's fries are expensive. They are delicious. But it may be a hit or a miss when it comes to receiving hot fries from McDonald's. As expensive as they are they should be hot all the time. Everytime I visit this Carl's Jr. They always get my order wrong, also noticed the staff when preparing your food and grabbing your fries they dont wear gloves. The lady there was giving me my food I order to go when she's forgot my fries, act like nothing was wrong what she's was doing. Hand over my food when I remind her I order fries, also when I also go to driveway to order food they always get your order wrong or act like they didn't do anything wrong.
