Casa Nuova — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ordered via Uber Eats. Ordered mozzarella sticks, they were lukewarm. Garlic bread that was just toast, no garlic. The pasta carbonara, the sauce was egg-y meaning it was over cooked. Noodles were penne, normally spaghetti, the prosciutto was not cut up and super salty. I called the restaurant (can't do anything because it was ordered by a third party app) they said the carbonara continues to cook when in the to go container. This place was horrible! One day my wife and I happened to see this place not to far from our house and we decided that we would like to try it one day. That day came today and it was the wrong choice. As a Chef one of my favorite dishes to cook and to eat is risotto. I ordered the risotto with chicken. It looked and tasted like Spanish rice. This could not and should not be called risotto. It wasn't creamy at all. My wife ordered the risotto with shrimp which they forgot to or didn't bother to shell. Went there tonight, been going there since they opened , never going back again! Was brought wrong food and meatballs, didn’t order meatballs. Waitress didn’t care she was too busy with her school schedule! She said mine was wrong, husbands was not right either! Veal par was cut up in tiny pieces like it was leftover!
