The worst service ever the rudest employees ever America was the person who made my sandwich she has the worst attitude is very rude, very aggressive, even towards her employees. When I asked her name, she pointed to her head and asked me if I could not read when I asked her if they had pastrami sandwiches, she rudely pointed to the menu, when I asked her to put more time on my food, she said it’s my problem. If it gets burnt steer clear of this place, it has a foul smell the food taste nasty lived in sun valley all my life. I’ve been here a few times and never had this type of service I worked fast food for nine years I’m a general manager I would never allow my employees to speak in this manner or act this way, they would definitely be let go as I reached out to the corporate office they directed me to the store owner. The store owner didn’t seem to care much about my opinion and what I had to say about America, they said that their employees are very qualified trained for service. Been going to this subway for about two years now and usually I never encounter any issues and the service is usually satisfactory. Today, however, the customer service WAS TERRIBLE. I went for my lunch and it was the biggest mistake. There was one girl in there working alone, she never greeted me when I walked in, but I didn’t think anything of it since she was currently working to finish up a previous order. After finishing the order I’m front of me she still never says A WORD to me it was like I wasn’t even standing there waiting. She immediately begins to work on some online orders. Needless to say, she makes about 9 more sandwiches and never acknowledged me. So by this point I acknowledge her to ask how much longer the wait would be? She then looks up and doesn’t apologize but states that she would be done in about 5 more minutes if I wanted to wait, the thing is I had already been waiting about 15 minutes! My entire experience took about 30 minutes just for me to get one 6 inch sandwich. I will not be returning to this subway again. Not because if got busy but because the customer service was...

Went in today and ordered a sub and the lady says...note your sub comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and no other veggies. I said you telling me I cannot even add pickeles (which is standard free of charge veggies) she said no. Lol Also anyone reading this..if you are offered at any subway to buy into any promotions that offer one of their free subs cards DONT DO IT...you will be jumping from subway to subway trying to redeem it and most stores will claim they dont participate in that promotion.
