Ordered the classic house chicken sans which (combo #1) with a limited edition Large peach shake…ehhh, it was alright. It’s essentially purely vanilla shake with tiny pieces of hard peach…3 out of 5 rating in my humble opinion and trust me I wanted to love it but I couldn’t convince otherwise me otherwise. Lastly, large crisscut fries (always consistently delicious). Oh, and of course, for dessert I ordered a frosted lemonade (it’s fire🔥!) and the usual accompanying snack dessert of one chocolate brownie and one chocolate chip cookie (both= 💣) it’s a pretty chill location. Tough to turn left if you’re coming from Ventura and don’t pass it if you’re headed west on Ventura otherwise you’re screwed and will end up eating at jack in the box unless you want to get a moving violation for illegal u-turn. Read moreThis was my first time eating at this location and I was extremely disappointed. Two main issues. I. They missed two items in my order, which rarely happens at CFA. They gave an extra Mac n Cheese....which I'll take happily :) We ordered 3 meals and ate the food within 5mns of pickup from the drive thru. The food was a cold, a bit short of being 'warm'. *this was early afternoon so no excuses for meat with longer hold times to not waste food.
3.The customer service was awesome as always, to be expected. Good job team.
I'm disappointed in the mistake of my missing items and the low quality food. I worked at CFA for 3 years myself and know that's not acceptable. I'll be back once more to see if it was a fluke, which I assume is the case. I'll update my rating then.

Read moreOnly outside seating. There is parking for 4 1/3 cars on best times. When the drive through is jammed at rush hour parking is reduced to 1 3/4 cars. The worst for last. 2 hours out 16 hours of service customer service is normal. The rest of the time customer service is the worst I have experienced anywhere. Honest observation: The place is run by the worst group of teenagers I have ever seen. If you're picking up an online order is a painful experience. You'll stand at the pick up window forever plus one day. They will pass you repeatedly including by management (slightly older young adults without pimples) . God forbid that you call their attention, because they will talk back at you for waking them up from their telephone induced coma.
