I was at the same location on Friday night ordering the exact same thing. However I did not get the customer service that I received tonight not only was every single employee so Friendly, attentive, and polite but they continuously gave me the customer service people enjoy receiving. I enjoyed every single employee. Ariel, Fabian, Erica, Tyler, Danny, and Dalmacio We’re also apologetic that the chicken wasn’t ready but I didn’t mind because I was so happy I was getting freshly cooked chicken that hadn’t been sitting there. In the meantime I got to talk with the employees and they were all so amazing I couldn’t get over what a great experience I had regardless of waiting for the food. Over and over they just kept apologizing to me and I told him that there is nothing to apologize for because I was thankful for the exceptional customer service I received. None of the people working tonight had I noticed on Friday night but I’m so glad I came back because I wasn’t going to after the experience I had on Friday but I wanted to give Chipotle another chance and I’m so glad that I did. Read moreI come here almost everyday, because I work on the same block. The only employee that does a good job is the oldest woman of the bunch. She is always trying to get the cashier out of the back, letting them now that a customer is ready. They show zero sense of urgency and take another five minutes, all the while she keeps going back there to try and get their attention. Almost everytime I try to pay cash they say that they can’t take it. They are out of money to make change. As someone who manages a business and does the change ordering I commented that whoever does that should start ordering more as this is a regular occurrence. I just got a shrug from the employee and that was it. The other reviews on here are correct in that most of the tables have food, debris everywhere and they do not get out there frequently enough to clean and keep well maintained. Read moreI ordered using the mobile app and that went smoothly. I arrived at pickup time and my order was not ready on the mobile orders pickup stand. I looked around and stood by the cashier. None of the other ten employees bothered asking if I needed help. After the cashier helped the person in front of me they just walked off even though I was next in line.
I had to look around more and I noticed brown bags on the side and had to go stand by them and ask if they are my order. The employee asked my name and just handed it to me without saying a word.
Just didn’t get good service. When I ordered I saw the tip request to “help the staff that prepares your order”. I felt bad and tipped but this tipping culture is out of hand.
