When I went to circus doughnuts with my daughter on our way to drop her off for a sleepover, she asked me if there was a bathroom because her diaper was soaked and we were running late to the sleepover. I asked the lady behind the counter if there was a bathroom and she told me "no, If your daughter needs diapers, clearly you're a bad parent."
My daughter is 12 and has been struggling to not wet or soil herself day and night since her dad left us when she was 5 years old
She asked me if she could wear diapers when she started at her new school as she feared no one would want to be friends with her if they saw her wet or soil her pants.
I happily agreed to buy her some and have been diapering her since she was 5 years old. She now 12 and I've shown her how to change her diaper but when we go out anywhere, she prefers I change her diaper.
Her close friends know she wears diapers and have been supportive when she needs to go and change her diapers during school or at their house. Her friends parents always ensure she is diapered during sleepovers and change her when she asks.
