I ended up buying 3 Mofusand blind boxes and when I ended up opening the boxes, one of them was clearly a fake (see pictures for comparison) I went back into the store and the worker ended up calling her manger who stated only exchanges could be done, but the worker (words from their own mouth) told me that not all the items in the store were authentic and that they would not be able to tell me which ones were. So I declined the exchange as I have no way of knowing if the items are real or fake until buying them, like the worker said. Itโs honestly a disappointment as I have previously bought multiple items from there and now question their authentic or not. I would not buy from here again and advise others...

What I thought was a box set of figures I bought today ended up being a blind single box instead. Nothing on the packaging suggests it was a blind box, and the store made no attempt to present it as such. After looking up the item online, they have also priced it as the full box set instead of the blind single box pricing other stores do, and the store refused to offer store credit when I tried to return it. They will not be receiving my business again, and I suggest you visit the other anime and Japanese merchandise stores in the mall...
