i tried the caldo de rez and that was a huge disappointment. the meat was chewy and hard. you can see that the fat was not rendered. it was just so overcooked. also i was served with so many green bean stems covering my whole plate. i never seen anyone do this to the appearance. it was a huge eyesore and did not enhance the flavor at all. the broth was not special it tasted watery.
anyways when i mustered up to take it back i got some awkward looks from staff especially a lady who seemed she was either management or the owner. clearly the reaction was not friendly and the vibe made me feel uncomfortable. so i simply said i didnt like it and prefer the pork pozole instead. as a consequence i waited excessively. after almost 10 minutes for something that takes a couple seconds to put in a bowl i walked back up to the counter only to realize no one is fixing it. i just expressed that theres no worries making it anyway that instead ill prefer taking my money back for just such a horrible disappointment.
my recent visit proved to be a very sour experience. also there were a bunch of men laughing at one of their own throwing rolled up paperballs at a drunk man who was sleeping in a booth. they were laughing like a pack of hyenas.
the place is hot. on that recent visit theres no roll down curtains to provide shade on all the window side booths. so we were forced to look at a drunk man become the object of ridicule. management never stepped in at all.
the baby chair stools were a fire hazzard blocking the womens restroom.
a couple tables still had food left behind. people coming here are suppose to put their dishes in large plastic trays showing everyones food splattered all over. thats totally unsanitary. i was expecting a typical trash receptacles that covers the smells and insects from flying in.

Read moreBreakfast burritos are a must. Some people have posted reviews where they complain about the cleanliness of the restaurant and also complain about how the food is not so good.
Let's be clear, they are not the cleanest place in the city and they don’t have the best food in the world. They are not an elegant, overpriced, top notch restaurant. They are a simple Mexican restaurant and they serve typical Mexican food. Clear? Good!
I love their burritos and their tacos. Get yourself a breakfast burrito (azada or with ham) and you’ll be satisfied. I've been to many, many Mexican taco places and this one is no different than any of the other ones, with the exception of Alberto's, they're not that good. We, from the office, eat from this place at least once a month and so far only one “gringo (green-go)” had something to say, he said “their salsa is too spicy for me.”
To add, we discovered the "salsa verde chilaquiles" and oh boy! What a meal! I should say feast! The serving will fill you up and it is delicious! The salsa verde is better than most places I've been to. You don't want to eat there? Take it to go. We order over the phone most of the time.
Sinaloa, keep doing what you are doing, you are doing great ......
Read moreOkay, we didn’t even get a chance to take photos that’s how fast we were tearing it up. Taco Sinaloa is that good! I got the asada tacos with everything, and my honey had the mojada burrito with green sauce and all the fixings. OMG straight fire. The salsa was fresh and spicy, just how I like it. And they don’t skimp someone literally comes out the side door to take your order like it’s a secret spot, and they pile those tacos high with meat. I mean, I was full after two and had to save the third for later.
We also grabbed three plain asada tacos for our little one to keep it simple with her diet, and even those were packed with flavor.
One thing I loved? The pickled veggies they give you to pair with your food no need to ask for salsa or extras. They just hook it up automatically. The total came out to $32 and honestly? Worth every penny. I’m beyond satisfied. We’re...
