Coffee Times Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Please avoid this place at all cost. The owner's wife has a bad rep amongst everyone in the area and surrounding businesses. She keeps your change and starts yelling if you ask for the correct amount. She's done it a couple times and her husband has to force her to return the money after watching the surveillance tapes. He's constantly apologizing for her. There's always flies in the donut case. She has a reputation of trying to "return" expired items like milk gallons and cream to near by businesses and demands her "money back" even though the business doesn't serve that brand. She's no longer allowed in the Food4Less across the street for purchasing items using fake bills which she gives as change as well. She's always yelling racist remarks towards mexicans and blacks. She gets away with keeping people's change because when customers call the police, they say to take her to small claims court which is not worth a missing $18 when she keeps your $20 bills. To top it off, she offers free donuts in exchange for a good Yelp review which explains the 5...

There’s this elderly lady who usually works there who desperately needs a lesson in manners.I usually go there in the mornings for a soda and a croissant but TODAY(Wednesday October 9 @9 am) she literally accused me of stealing a soda and made a HUGE SHOW out of it.Keep in mind I come there EVERY MORNING!I paid for it in cash and left.

Lady if you don’t like your job do something else for a living.Nobody is asking you to stay there.I’m taking my business elsewhere as of today.And looking at some comments here(and even from some people who know her!)She does this to EVERYONE.

There's this lady who works during the evenings and she's so rude to the customers. An old lady was asking her to warm her small donuts. She just got moody and ignored her. Also their prices on some of their items are over priced compared to other better donut shops in Vernon and san Pedro st. Other shops have their ham and Cheese croissant for 3.50! Here is 5.50 plus 1 buck extra for using a debit card?? Other shops don't charge extra. I gave this place 3 chances and it was disappointing. And the lady is so angry...
