We were in town for a tournament and staying in the apartments attached to this cute little cafe. Happy to see they were open late and we didn't want to go far with the 8 pm curfew in effect.
Pleasantly surprised with such fast, efficient and friendly service. My son had the Royal Crepe full of sweetness and so fruity. I ordered a cheese omelette with toast which hit the spot after a long day. It was cheesy and such a fresh texture to it. The rootbeer float was bigger than expected and the mixed berry smoothie was smooth and generous as well.
My son loved it so much, even though we changed locations to stay as our AirBnb apartment was not suitable, he wanted to bring a friend back to try the crepes. He ordered the same, but this time I had the spinach/feta/pepper crepes too. Oh so yummy! I hadn't had crepes in awhile and loved the light fluffy texture of them warm and just right with cooked spinach, peppers and tomatoes. I would definitely order again. Service again was so friendly. My son mentioned it must be family owned because everyone is so nice.
Street parking a meter nearby was easy to find in the evening. Bathrooms are locked to keep people off the street from coming it and were kept very clean and tidy. Definitely worth a stop if you are...

Our savory crepes came out a few minutes later and they were full of ham and cheese but I believe they use the same batter for all their crepes and the batter had an odd sweetness for me. I don't think I liked it but I still ate the whole thing.
The sweet crepe was on point and executed really well but we were already pretty full of cheese from the soup and the savory crepes so couldn't finish it.
Prices were really reasonable and a nice option for a quick...
Read morePlease do not go here for french food, if you know about French food don't go there as it is going to disappoint you. If you don't know about french food don't go either because this not even close to french food. My wife asked an omelet that tasted horrible and I asked a crêpe that was not even close to crêpe it feel more like I was chewing gum. All of this and customer service was not satisfying at all. I'm not just random man who is writing this review based on a bad experience without having any knowledge about what he is talking abou. I'm a man who grew up eating, cooking and knowing about french cuisine, I was born and raised in Algeria ( we know French food in Algeria). To the Owner of Crêpe De Paris Café in Donwntown Los Angeles I would like to say please name your restaurant or cafe something else but a...
