WORST NIGHTMARE MOTEL !!!! THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS CHEAP!!! THEY TRIED TO MAKE A CHARGE ON MY CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION AND CANCELED MY RESERVATIONS EARLY . I came here because years ago it was good and i booked days in advance. They watch for guests they want to rob and keep the place filthy .NO EXAGGERATIONS .
moldy AND rusty bathrooms, stained shower curtains (especially the cielings) and roaches. The maids were laughing about it too in the coffee room. Room was missing a lock The maids FORCIBLY go into your room every day. Had to tell a maid that she cannot come in when IM inside the room ,after i told her a few times .This is the only “hotel” ive seen that talks about “lost jewlery valuables etc “ in a contract . No breakfast in 2 weeks despite the front WHITE BEARDED guy going out of his way to lie about it . He kept getting my reservation days confused. The front desk tan guy with big cheeks kept asking me what my personal plans were . And not in a friendly way either. It was CREEPY. every front desk person made things more confusing with bad attitudes .
Extra : They only give one key card they lock the front desk office randomly so if ya have to check out , good luck The maids took my tissue box , they will give you dirty stained towels , they only clean bits that they want The heater doesnt work They remove the coffee cups at night in the coffee room and dont let people go inside at times The manager is always screaming at maids in the coffee room . I GOT SCREAMED AT BY HIM CUZ I...

Read moreThe front desk clerk was unprofessional and made us extremely uncomfortable. He went on a long tangent about some historical show he was watching, holding our room key hostage while we were trying to check in at night. We tried to politely end the conversation multiple times unsuccessfully. The opening to this tangent was repeatedly telling us about how Saint Nicholas "slapped a h-" and "slapped a b-tch." The bed only had two small strange square pillows, the room smelled bad like it had been smoked in, and there wasn't a chain lock on the door, so we felt unsafe from the bad vibes during our first interaction checking in.||||We decided to leave and just go somewhere else. The same clerk guessed (correctly) which room number it was when we told him about the red stuff, and he just looked dismissive and said "that's not blood." So clearly they knew it was there and didn't bother cleaning...
