This location is really bad. I've been a fan of Domino's for my whole life and I really love the pizza, unfortunately, this location is a disappointment almost all the time. I've lived in their delivery for about 3 and a half years and tried getting delivery many times. My order is wrong at least half the time. No matter what time of day, it always takes way longer than is reasonable, and way longer than the estimate. The tracker almost always says it's been delivered well before the driver arrives, which means they're scamming their delivery times (saying it goes out when it hasn't yet) which then throws off the estimates for orders. I worked at Domino's (other locations in the LA area and elsewhere) for 12 years, so I know how their system works and I understand that mistakes happen, but the rate of mistakes at this store is unusually high and really disappointing. I usually just drive to another location when I really want Domino's, because I know that even if I do carry out at this store, they have to remake it after I get there most of the time because they did it wrong. The last time I ordered carry out I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza with sausage instead of chicken. The guy handed me a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza without chicken. I pointed out the error and he didn't understand. The manager had to come over and explain to him that those are completely different pizzas. That manager was very nice and remade my pizza quickly, but there have been other managers or shift leaders over the years that have been rude and dismissive both on the phone and in person. Read moreWanted to give this place a second chance not worth it order 2 large pizza 2 medium for a party i had sat 1/20 i waited at the ciunter for them to be ready had to listen to cook a latin man with blk hair talk nausty humiliating to the employees when i recieved pizza i ran out gor home to find the 2 medium pizza hard as a rock barely any cheese and 1 large undercook pizza and only 1 large good to eat i had to run out to store to buy something else to feed my guest i was embarrassed of what where in the boxes barely any cheese and dry could not take a bite. I call the following day to complain about to issues the pizza and the gentleman making the pizza i speak perfect spanish and was offened by the way he spoke to the employee humiliating them and calling them names the lady who help me couldnt multitask she was nerves and thats not work environment i dont know if he is the manager i try asking while waiting for pizza but no one answer he did it to 3 people older gentleman and lady and younger man i was digusted that upon receiving my pizza i got out i never thought check them The manager on duty sunday was no help.she complain that i should have call sat to complain i was not thinking of that i was thinking of how to feed and entertain my family and guest she was usefless she told me i had to call mon to talk to wendy who might have work sat i was taught customer service take care of customer regardless if u work sat or sun this place lacks manners and business ethics will be trying...
Read moreTERRIBLE. I want to select 0 Star if possible. They gave us the wrong order and we only found out when we got home. We were extremely hungry and had to be somewhere after eating but we were delayed due to the mishandling. When we requested to deliver us the right pizza, Patricia, the manager of the store refused and said we would have to come pick it up or pay for delivery. They simply refused to deliver the right pizza to us free of charge. It was an awful inconvenience to us that was caused by a fault on their part, otherwise we would not have had to go there and pick it up again. Even when we got there to pick it up, instead of apologizing, Patricia had such a rude attitude and said "so what?" (that they gave us the wrong pizza). "So what?" is totally unacceptable and not the right way to apologize to a customer for a mistake they made. I will never order from them again and order from Pizza Hut...
