First of all they started off telling me it would be 45 minutes for my delivery in which surround the perimeter of I called back and inquired to make sure that I was available to complete available to receive my delivery and at that point I was told that the person that took my order was not correct one for the time span that I was given and proceeded to inform me that it will be at 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and would sign form them that if I had been told that I would not have continued with the order for pizza in which he continued on to insist that this is what it is and did I understand that this is what he's telling me it isn't this is what it's going to be which was not delivered very nicely but not obviously nasty at which time you also informed me that the delivery person would had left 5 minutes I go to the time I call and which I inquired since it's going to be that perimeter of time would he be able to contact his driver and so well he has many other deliveries and I'm just stuck with our 45 minutes but mind you I had already been waiting 45 minutes at the time of such contact with this Domino's and what's all of this being said I chose for them to just cancel my order. But shortly thereafter I received a phone call from the delivery person that was delivering the pizza that they were outside and in my opinion when I deliver a pizza I'm not coming outside I delivered it because I didn't want to go outside and I gave you an apartment number due to that fact as well the delivery person was not an issue or problem but the Dominoes on Figueroa and 54th was a problem and your employees should know what time perimeter to inform a customer you do not make up a time in order to obtain business which this is not the only establishment I have been subjected to such mannerism but insult to injury upon going to try and engage eating this it was dry it was horrible I've never had a worst tasting experience and I am so disappointed it was not freshly cooked by any means whatsoever and that's not odd within the time frame that it left Domino's and arrived there it does not doesn't even add up I had you've been very very hungry and so I looked at it and said I'm very hungry and I chose to tribe I slice and it was as horrible as it looks dry they just drew some I don't know something ground beef looking in the middle some pepperoni somewhere on it there was no identity of fresh cheese it look like it was pepperoni look like look like I don't know they could not have cooked it even the very day that they do it I did call back and that they could proceed with which was before I opened up the pizza I don't know what this world is coming to because they only get further and further horrible experience and I have never been more disappointed for me to be starving and I could barely digest one slice at the faucet because I was so hungry and I didn't...
Read moreWorst delivery experience everrr! Last night at 12:25am on 10/9/2018 I ordered on the app and was dumb enough to pay the online because I didn’t have enough cash on me. The store location is only a 5 min drive. After the tracking device said the order was out for delivery so we expect around a 5 or 10 min. We waited half an hour and we called the store at 12:55pm a man answered who ended up calling the delivery man. The Delivery man said that he was only 5min away from my house to drop off the food. It’s 1:15am, 20mins after I called the Dominos . I get a notification that my order has been delivered. Me and my boyfriend run outside to see if there’s maybe a delivery guy outside we stay outside for 5min and nothing. The we were thinking like daymm someone really took our order. We call dominos but it’s around 1:25am and there were home answering system is saying they’re closed and to call back tomorrow. I tell my boyfriend that we should go to Dominos now to get a refund or something before they close .We race over to Dominos and there closed but luckily two guys are still there cleaning out to close.They at first we’re ignoring us so we were knocking on the door. They buzz open the door and then they say that we are closed .I say that we ordered something and it says it got delivered but that we didn’t get it . The guy then starts saying he has no idea what we are talking. I had to show him my phone with the order and then he looks up my address and then says it’s not delivered yet and that he’s still 5 min away I tell him if the guy can just bring back the food to the store and we’ll take it from here. He calls the delivery boy and asks were he is and the guy says he is at my house as we speak . I got so annoyed at this point and the guy tells him to come back because the customers are there. Read moreI placed an order through the app. (Details of what I ordered are on pictures.) I'm paying 46 dollars for my food. Food arrives about 50 minutes after I ordered it. Food's not hot, luke warm at best. I open up the thin crust and no pepperoni what so ever. Even though I ordered extra pepperoni. I called in to the store and all I want is the correct order. The commercial set the expectations if something is wrong they'll just remake it. I spoke to a cashier for 10 minutes. All I want is what I ordered with in 30 minutes but they're telling me it will take an hour and a half longer to receive that pizza even though I've all ready paid a 5 dollar delivery fee. I asked to speak to a Manager. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and Ada comes on the line. After a few moments she agrees to have my correct pizza made and delivered with in 30 minutes. 25 minutes after that I get a call from an Assistant Manager Jose, who wants to go through the montions once again. At this point I'm over it. He saying she wasn't authorized for that decision. He's has to talk to Ada. I understand this Dominos Pizza is in South LA, but I dont feel I have to lower my expectations for the quality of food I'm receiving from a national chain. I could have ordered from a mom and pop shop like Pizza King on the corner of Western and King; I would have saved time and money. I didn't even get sorry for the inconvenience from Jose.
