Do NOT Go To/Order From This Domino's!!! Ever!

Don't you hate it when a rude azzhole talks to you like you're an incompetent idiot, especially when you're not talking to them/when they're not the one taking your order? That's what Jorge did, therefore making me very uncomfortable & unwelcome let alone skeptical about giving my money and eating food from him.
I initially asked the PLEASANT one, the one taking my order, if this store honors the '$6.99 pick two items' as I pointed it out to him on my phone on your website. He said yes, but when I clicked on that deal, it goes to a page of other coupons instead, & instead also says at top of your home page '$7.99' instead of $6.99. So clearly he needs to study his website & deals.
So suddenly a coupon showed saying $11.99 for med or large NEW YORK style with three toppings, so I READ that coupon to him & told him I'll order that. As I'm doing so, he asks me nosy invasive questions including "Did you just move here from New York?" Other than that, he was pleasant, but I ignored his nosy question. Also as I'm clicking the order to completion, Jorge yells to him "tell her it only comes in med larg, not small!" Mind you, i already was past the initial question I asked the PLEASANT guy, which is "How much is a small new York style?"and after he answered that question, Jorge walks over & interrupts him rudely saying "cheese only." & mind you, I know how to read, & he heard me already read the coupon to the pleasant guy, so why do you feel the need to insult me like I'm illiterate.
Ignoring him; i said with a smile, "Okay guys I'm from new York so I'll let you know how it is, how it compares. You can't fool me." The pleasant one laughed with me, but Jorge looked evil & annoyed by my presence.
So at that point, as I was completing the screens urging me to join all of your email membership sign up's before it took me to the payment page; i asked the pleasant guy if HE will make the pizza. He said "Unfortunately I only box them, he makes them." He then joined me in my facial disgust of Jorge's unpleasant treatment & behavior.
I told them "I'm an avid Review poster on Google, Tripadvisor and Yelp; so impress me."
Jorge made the pizza with his filthy bare hands instead of putting on freshly pulled from box clear gloves, after he transported large storage looking items past me, without washing his hands before making my pizza that he burned & put no seasoning on & barely any cheese. [SEE PHOTO'S attached hereto.] The crust is hard & crispy instead of soft like New York pizza, the cheese doesn't stretch like New York pizza because he barely put any on this so-called pizza, & he barely put any chicken, barely any sauce. The photo's on the website (which prompted me to order the New York pizza even though I have not been to/ordered from a Domino's Pizza in over ten years) are total OPPOSITE from what Jorge made. That's therefore Fraudulent Misrepresentation and Bait & Switch. And compared to watching him make other pizza's as I'm standing there, WEARING CLEAR GLOVES and putting allot of pepperoni/sausages on those; I was clearly duped and disrespected.
As I was leaving he was taking cash from a guy at register, dealing with disgusting money is also unsanitary, then making pizza's with your bare hands; not tolerable. He didn't bother saying 'thank you' or 'have a good night' nor anything as I spoke to him as I left. Very rude. Nobody like Jorge should be working in the FOOD industry let alone in customer service. Faaaaar too many unworthy people these days are slapped into the WRONG job titles and sadly PAID MONEY to try to give customers horrible experiences.
I will be giving a slice of this no-taste no seasoning no flavor contaminated garbage to my Dog, and throwing the rest of it in the trash, then forwarding this public Review to the corporate office for my online refund, and for Jorge's racist azz to be reprimanded and properly trained.

So I called the store and spoke with a manager ..donāt know his name since he never told me his name and I forgot to ask ...he asked what the driver looked like and I described the kind of car he was driving and on the phone he exhaled like he had previous complaints.. he the. Said would you like another pizza sent to you right now he apologized and I said no he then gave me credit and said Iām going to give you credit in your account so when you order next time u will have credit for it. I thought well thatās cool he sounded stressed out so I left it alone thanked him and today I remember .. oh the pizza my kids are hungry so inoder online, pizza arrives and the gentleman gives me the pizza š.. I then tel him listen I have credit on my account sir and he stopped me and said all Iām here is to collect the money man .. so I said ok since your no help I will call the store and ask to speak with manager .. weāll as I was calling they placed me on hold. Then I go outside with the driver and his speaking with the store manager LUIS ...and I thought perfect he can help since I was still on hold the. I hear the guy say well I canāt the pizza is inside I gave it to them .. so I thought o wow heās not trying to help me he was telling him ok then take the pizza .. itās not that I didnāt want to pay I HAD CREDIT MEMBER ...so I tried to explained to the driver but he was so not trying to listen and the Store Manager LUIS was saying something when my wife comes out side and the guy puts Luis on speaker phone ... oops he was cursing in Spanish to him about us and my wife spoke up and silent came the guy quickly took the phone and placed it on his ear and said hey Luis here is the customer ... when my wife got the phone and said hello this is your client the STORE MANAGER LUIS hung up the phone ... wow really sir you are the store manager of Dominos pizza and canāt even try to help solution the problem or even listen to our concern etc .. man you are pathetic manager you should be the driver as well or his helper not the store manager .. I Own a small business my self and your customer service sucks ... let me just mention not till later a girl picked up the phone by the name Wendy claiming to be the assisten manager well by this point Luis had order the driver to call the cops ... so Wendy took a little time to hear me out ... figured that I had a different phone number.something maybe if Luis THE STORE MANAGER would of heard me out the police or you guys would of never lost another customer or gotten this review. Well Wendy had to call the other manager that was on duty yesterday and thatās how they figured it was true my statement was true but yet the cops were being called on me and now I have to pay delivery charges and taxes .. wow really you guys are ridiculous yesterday I was gonna get a pizza sent to me right away when the guy kept apologizing but now today I have to pay delivery thatās messed up and I hope The Store manager gets told as he needs to help people not fight them.. SUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I called the order in by phone and the guy never understood what I was saying to the point where I thought he was playing a prank on me, I asked for two large pizzas with regular crust and some cheesy breadsticks. Well the guy told me on the phone that they didn't have large at the time. WHAT!? What kind of pizza place doesn't have large don't you make them by hand? But I didn't care I said okay give two medium then. When I got to the store i was on my lunch break, it turns out that they made pan crust and they cost a lot more so I was upset and said that's not what I ordered, so I shouldn't have to pay so much, not to mention that they forgot my cheese breads the guy George said their is nothing he could do about it because the guy. Antonio villareigosa as he called himself when I asked him who had messed up my order like it was a freaken joke he laughed at me because he knew my lunch time was ticking away but for that I hope they close this store down for their lack of Customer care and ignorance. There is a pizza hut down the street that is way better for the price I was forced to pay there for...
