If I could give this place -1 I would. The only people who are nice are the delivery drivers. Let me start with KATHERINE if that’s even her name. She is rude, unprofessional, and most importantly processes payments without the right information she is VERY PREJUDICE and should not be working for this establishment. She shows no human compassion or understanding and ruins it for EVERYONE at dominoes. Their call center messed up my order by marking it as cash on delivery when I specifically begged to pay with my card numerous amount of times the driver(Majd) whom was very nice! got here I called the call center back as instructed by a representative and they proceeded to let him know he was not an employee there even after trying to deliver my order with excellent customer care. Thank you Majd so much for you acts of kindness words of wisdom and keeping your promise by having your store call us back you are AMAZING! I am A long term customer who orders frequently and because of KATHERIN I will no longer give my business to you all. It no longer affects me because her horrible attitude, sassy remarks and prejudice behavior has left a sour taste in my mouth and I am now traumatized to order from any establish PROCEED THIS LOCATION WITH CAUTION ESPECIALLY IF SHE...

I got home and went straight to Yelp to write a review, but this HIDDEN GEM is only on Google Reviews. So here goes:

HANDS DOWN THE CLEANEST STORE I HAVE EVER VISITED IN MY ENTIRE 38 YEARS OF BEING ON THIS EARTH.

Aside from that, the app order for pickup was seamless, swift, precise, or, for lack of a better word, PERFECT. As a person that lives in DTLA, I will GLADLY sit through traffic just to go and enjoy meals from this location.

Many, many thanks to the whole team, from front of house to management. If there was ever a reason to adjust quality control to a new standard it would be at/from this location.

Oh, I ordered a medium, handmade pan, garlic sauce, cheesesteak, with onions, green peppers, jalapeños and mushrooms and it looked like a commercial shoot when I opened the box. A box so CLEAN, I didn’t see a speck of flour, dust or debris of any kind in or around it. Honestly, feels like life is a simulation and this was my dream...

Store #8458 B-L-O-W-S! The APP lets you build your order, but where the app takes a dive is when you place an order, they give you an animated barometer that signals when the order is ready for pick up, BUT no ETA! Yeah..great..it lets me build the pizza, but I would cancel my order in a heartbeat if I knew the ETA was 45-1hour. Now, store #8458..my third, and last, time I place an order here. Placed an order at 7pm, walked in at 7:50pm, the girl tells me "40 more minutes"..I say "cxl it"..girl says "ok..20min"..so I pay and wait. As I'm waiting, 3 other customers walk in claiming they ordered, no carryout, and they placed orders 6-6:30pm. The workers are slammed, but in no hurry..they hand me my order 30minutes later..I get the hell out of there only to come home and find the order they gave me was 2 bland-ass pepperoni pizzas..not my order...I got fuct outta 30 dollars, and close to 2hours of my...
