My first time buying a car from a dealer and I gotta say thanks to Pavel for a great, no hassle, experience. I was looking for a used FJ Cruiser and nailed it down to the one he had or one from a Ford dealership in Chino Hills. I went to Chino and got the (from what I hear) typical dealer hassle with added this and that, that wasn't listed on the Carfax price (to the tune of an extra $7,000!). They were willing to "deal" but that just gave me bad vibes. When I got to California Auto Mall and dealt with Pavel the experience couldn't have been more night and day, straight forward answers and none of the shady sales technique. He held firm on the price and wouldn't let me haggle, but guess what, he didn't haggle or play any games on his end either. My FJ runs great so far and I'd definitely recommend him to someone looking for a car...

Barry made everything work out so that I was able to drive-up, use a trade-in, and drive-away with a great “newer” used car.
