Ordered online for carry out so I could do a quick pickup while running errands. I get to the store and give my name for the order and the worker behind the counter immediately says, “Definitely got the wrong Dominos,” like he was calling me an idiot rather than giving a polite and professional response such as, “I’m sorry, sir, are you sure you have the right store? I don’t think we have any orders under that name.” I open my phone to my order confirmation and show the worker that I did order from that address. He looks at it a bit and comes back defensively with, “Well did you place the order?” Insulted at this point, I scroll up to confirm that this is in fact the order confirmation page with the prep bar and everything. The worker then proceeded to “Uh, uh” repeatedly and wander around the store looking everywhere, including under counters and odd places as if he were putting on some sort of “I’m finding it” show, all the time not even making an attempt at an apology. Read moreIf I could put 0 stars, I would. Every time I order online placing the order itself is no issue, it’s the workers who fail to meet customers standards every single time. I either receive a pizza with wrong topping, no garlic oil crust (even though that is how we order it every single time, and the most frustrating part is dealing with the car side pick up. When I arrive at the location I always notify through the app and it always takes the workers FOREVER to see that you’re there and ready for them to come out. Tonight’s scenerio was once again an issue which will result us in no longer eating from here. Forgot to put the garlic oil on the crust (yet once again), so went inside and told the girl working the front desk. She was a big blonde girl and when I told her about how we ordered it with the garlic crust she just blankly stared at me and just look completely zoned out…. Read moreI don't even know how to describe what this place put me through. I had guests over we were all hungry. We decided to dominoes . This around 8pm ish. They canceled the first time I ordered because I didn't answer my phone, but I didn't have a missed call on there. Then I reordered it and followed the drivers tracking for the next 3 hours with them saying 1 minute away 2 minutes away 1 minute away. I repeatedly called the store only to have then to put me on hold or just blatantly hang up on me. This is my second major incident with them. The other meat in all the food I ordered vegetarian. Not one phone call was met with any concern for what happened to me. No offer of a free pizza, refund or apology. I can honestly say they did not give any worry over...
