Don's Teriyaki — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Stopped by today after long having one of my favorite chicken teriyaki plates and I was greeted by the rudest person I ever encountered. Not sure what was bothering the lady but she started yelling at me " put on ur mask, put on your mask!" I was frightened by the anger and body language of this women. I responded politely I don't have one and if I could have one please and she basically blew me off and said no mask no service. I'm nothing special but I know how to handle my self while being in costumer service. I know the owner when he first started this establishment and he was the nicest person I ever met and he'd be ashamed 😔 what has become of his first truck. I don't want the young lady to get in trouble but to remind her that in business the costumer should be treated with dignity and respect. I was embarrassed and will probably never visit again. The food is good here it’s excellent one of the kids favorite spots reasonable price for the food but the the reason for the rating just went May 4th 2021 the girl that was taking the order told me about my mask to pull it up when I was getting ready to before I got up to the window but standing there she blew her nose by the door and was waiting for her to wash her hands but did not wash her hands and bagged your food 😑 just in my opinion that’s more nasty than me and my mask that I had on and was getting ready to pull up walking...

Don's BBQ is one of my go-to local places... the staff inside this little trailer kitchen are so organized and quick; even during peak hours (usually from 12 to 3 as far as I observed.) The food is basically rice with either beef, chicken and/or rib drizzled in teriyaki sauce and the side of potato salad, macaroni, jalapenos and lettuce. That's it... simple yet delicious!... One more thing, they are not...
